Excellent stay would visit again
Pros:

Location was excellent, rooms were perfect and the housekeeping staff were top class.

Cons:

Minor points that didn’t detract overall. The lifts were slow at times due to ongoing upgrades. The bar in the hotel were overpriced in comparison to neighbouring bars.

The room was nice but it was so expensive. The most frustrating part was trying to get an elevator to your room. Liter

Cons:

We had to pack in the elevators like sardines every single time. Had to wait so long to find one. Staff told us to use service elevators. Seemed like this has been an issue for a while

Cons:

Problème d'ascenseur pendant le séjour. Deux sur 3 fonctionnaient. Le week-end, il a fallu l'attendre jusqu'à 20 minutes.

Excelente localização e academia
Pros:

Localização excelente. Bem perto do Central Park onde fui correr todas as manhãs. Fica na sexta avenida que é excelente, bem perto caminhada dos principais pontos como 5a Avenida, Rockefeller, uns 10 minutos andando para Times Square. Ao lado do metrô. Quarto grande, super limpo, com geladeira, amenities e excelente academia!
Próximo de mercadinhos, restaurantes e etc.

Cons:

Pelo preço da estadia e estrutura do hotel poderia servir café da manhã incluso.

كل شي كان جميل تسجيل الدخول والخروج كانت سريعة وسهلة

خدمة تنظيف الغرف خصوصا في يوم الخروج حيث اخبرت الاستقبال بأن خروجي الساعة12على الوقت لكن احدى موظفات التنظيف اقتحمت الغرفة الساعة 10 بحجة اني ماوضعت لافتة عدم الازعاج اخبرتها بأنكم تعرفون ان خروجي اليوم وحددت الساعة لكنها تكلمت باسلوب غريب وباسلوب وقح لا اعرف ما سببه

מיקום מצויין בשדרה השישית, קרוב להכל אבל עדיין שדרה יחסית רגוע. מלא תחנות סאבווי מסביב. חדרים גדולים יחסית למלונות בניו יורק, ארונות בשפע, מקלחת גדולה, מאד נדיר בניו יורק.
המלון מרגיש נעים ובטוח. ניקיון מושלם.

המעליות קצת מאתגרות בשעות מסוימות, אבל זה אופייני לניו יורק ולא נורא בכלל
