Convenient location to all attractions and subway to airport. All staff was exceptionally friendly. Highly recommend and would stay here again.
Clean room
Great location, clean and large room for New York. Nothing fancy though. Great gym and bar (but warning that cocktails are $30 each).

Stay was in the Hilton Club who really need more maintenance; bathroom floor mats were discussing, looks like a low quality Hilton, a the Hilton Club floors are supposed to be the best . We left the complaint at the Hilton Club front desk. They must gave TLC to the units
We had a really great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It's in a great location — within easy walking distance to both Times Square and Central Park, which made exploring the city super convenient.
The air conditioning could’ve been a bit colder, and we weren’t able to adjust it, which was a slight downside. Also, while the gym equipment could use some updating, I was still able to get a solid workout in. Overall, it was a great stay.
Excellent location. Very close to Times Square, Central Park and 5th Avenue. King room is big and spacious which is a plus for Manhattan. Bed is comfortable and the shower is amazing

The only thing that could be improved are the lifts. During busy times you could wait for about 5 minutes

Perfect place, close to main areas to walk to, close to subway stations if you need to. I’d look for this hotel’s rate before checking any other hotel.
The hotel is very nice, quiet, and upscale. We loved everything about it and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Location-wise: good choice. Walking distance to major attractions (Times Sq., theaters, etc). Walking to Central Park took less than 15 min. Staff in lobby was great. Housekeepers are wonderful.
I had two issues while staying here. The first was a double charge. I had made reservations through Expedia and called ahead of time to find out if the property would accept a debit card for incidentals (which they do) and to find out incidentals deposit ($100 since all fees were paid through the Expedia reservation). When I checked in, the representative confirmed all of this, but my card was charged for the full stay, which I only saw when I checked my bank account. When I inquired about it, the same rep said that Expedia never charged me for the reservation. I decided to contact Expedia since I knew they had charged my account. Expedia contacted the property and the manager said he’d reverse the charge. However, the funds would only go back into my bank account in a few days. It was promptly handled on their end, but a major inconvenience.
The second issue was noise. Loud guests throughout the day, but the worse was in the middle of the night — some sort of altercation or argument in the hallway— which woke me up. You can hear conversations through shared walls.
One final note: there was a panel on the bathroom wall under the sink (looked like a plumbing access panel) which was open. I had to pile up tissue boxes to keep it shut to feel safe. Glad it was a short trip.
The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful.
Our room was up to date and very clean.
The walk-in shower was larger and very clean with side nozzle sprays in addition to a spray from above.
Our room included a Keurig coffee maker and we were able to get extra coffee when we asked. Creamer and sugars were also provided.
We are walkers, and we felt the location was great. We walked to Central Park, restaurants, Times Square and a different theater every day that we were there.
The bed was very comfortable along with the bedding and the pillows.
We would definitely come back!
