Kind staff but aged room
Pros:

Very warm and friendly staff and quiet location and room. Generous breakfast buffet.

Cons:

The bed was very soft and there were stains on the bedskirt and forgotten paper under the edge of the bed I could see right away on entering. A bit further from the centre than I expected.

Helsinki is a great city to visit for a few days, Our hotel was fine and situated it far from an excellent eating area

The location was excellent. The staff were lovely especially the lady who cleans up the breakfast food.

Cons:

We had two single beds, Unfortunately my bed had some bug infestation. My son’s bed was fine hence the review.

Sehr nettes, hilfsbereites Personal an der Reception. Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück.

I felt very lucky to have booked with this hotel. The staff helped me through a difficult time.
Pros:

My husband had to be hospitalized on day one and the staff helped with logistics incredibly. They allowed us to keep our original room when we had to extend our stay which was wonderful. And the breakfast was great!

Cons:

The location is maybe a little awkward and not on a pretty street. But I found it to be fairly central and it was very close to the tram that goes to the Central Station.
