Convenient location. Lovely staff and amenities.
Pros:

Staff weee excellent however we missed the part that they only do weekly cleans so had to go to reception to get extra towels, toilet paper and tea bags. Some more of these things in the room would have elevated that.

Cons:

The king bed had a rise in the middle so you kept rolling to the side and having to go get the extra supplies.

There were works happening and we were not advised on check in
The noise commences around 730 am with concreting and loud machinery, the noise was unbearable

Ruined holiday.

We were there for 2 hours. It was advertised as a non-smoking property. Within 5 mins of being in our room our balcony and apartment had filled up with cigarette smoke wafting up from below. The balcony was enclosed with walls either side so it was trapped. We closed the balcony doors and put on the air conditioning however it sounded like a 50 year old tractor struggling up a hill, really loud! We rang down and reception pretended they would deal with it “if we could confirm where the smoke was coming from” etc. Turns out they knew. They also knew that the chain smoking person who lived there was a private owner and there was nothing they could do. We asked to be moved. No, booked out. So after another 5 cigarettes, sore throats and sinus headaches we said we would like to leave and after some stress inducing delay and strange excuses about the Manager being on holiday and having to email for a password, we were eventually refunded. We paid for the most expensive Premier Ocean View apartment and it wasn’t really! Sure was a long way away, you needed binoculars. Never again.
