Pool was great!
Staff were nice, but never got back to us on late check out.
Apartment was nice but the floors were not overly clean, stained towel.
Wouldn't bother ordering room service, most of our order didn’t arrive, when it did turn up it was cold or missing things.

The ice machine on our level was broken, but I think it was from over use for icing many sore muscles and injuries of hockey players bodies. Our entire team stayed stayed for the Provincials hockey tournament and was perfect, although there wasnt a separate room for team or parent gatherings.
The only complaint was the breakfast was over prices, the hotel next door had a great coffee and breakfast sandwich at a fair price and tasty!!
View was amazing and apartments so nice and cozy
Check in was quick. Rooms were spacious and had a nice view of the ocean.
Enjoyable stay for 4 nights for a family of 4. Had an ocean view room and the view was superb. Close to the pier and flat areas to walk. Cafes and the Baywater Bar and Grill all close by. Room was clean and tidy but only weekly cleans meant we had to go to reception a number of times for fresh towels and kitchen supplies etc.
Great property - great accommodation. Shame that our quiet getaway was hijacked by sporting teams that used the swimming pool as their ‘go to’ area and the 40 or so in the pool at any given time night or day made sitting on the balcony unbearable.
Internal security doors didn’t work got trapped in a corridor.
Amazing hotel in beautiful Harvey Bay. Right near the Urangan Pier. Stayed a week and wanted to stay forever. Great relaxation spot with spa bath in the ensuite. Ocean view was the best choice. Staff were lovely and accommodating. Will definitely be back.

We stayed at Oaks Hervey Bay for one night booking a one bedroom pool view apartment. This was a staycation. We were upgraded to an ocean view two bedroom. The apartment was very spacious with a massive ensuite including a spa bath. The young lady on reception was extremely efficient and friendly. They have a wellness spa onsite which I visited for a relaxing treatment.
Hands down the best customer service experience reception crew very helpful and always welcoming my family had the best holiday ever!!!!! Definitely recommend this to anyone great experience we've had in a long time cant wait to come back
Room was dated and there was a terrible smell that left us with a headache.
Our favourite Hervey Bay hotel, tried many others in past but will never stay anywhere else again.
