Staycation
Pros:

We arrived early morning booked for 3 rooms, staff was kind and gave us 2 rooms early check in. There was a bit confusion regarding the photos on website and the actual room it was not matching. But it was handled very well by Mr Bisworanjan from Front office FOM, he was always smiling and assisted with the best he can. We as a family we wish him all the best for his future and keep up the good work.
Thanks to Housekeeping who prepared our room in short period of time

Nice property, far from the city, decent food, and horrible customer service.
Cons:

Honestly, pathetic receptionists. At the time of check in, the receptionist Ajay assumed I was staying with a man standing beside me simply because I was a woman checking in alone, and didn't bother talking to me until I asked him to assist me again.

Once we checked in (we booked a room with a balcony), we realized we were given a room without one. We called them immediately when we reached the room, and they lied to us saying the room we were given was itself a balcony room (supposedly, they considered windows to be balconies). The second day, we saw rooms with balconies and asked them again to upgrade us to the room we had paid for - they didn't.
