Pros:

freindly front desk, exceptional ease when checking in, ability to store luggage, responsive staff when asked for a hairdryer, quiet and dark rooms when curtains drawn

Pros:

The location was great, close to public transport, cafes, bars & restaurants, the room was smallish, but fine for our needs as it was just somewhere to sleep and the little touches of USB charge ports for devices was helpful.

Cons:

Had a very poor meal on Saturday night at an overpriced street restaurant, but that is on me for not doing my research better before just sitting down and taking a chance. Every other meal on the trip great.

Good value for the location
Pros:

Fantastic location and the staff are amazing, so friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The bathroom facilities could be better, especially the sink, it’s so tiny you can’t even wash your face or brush your teeth properly.

The fridge didn’t work properly either, door wouldn’t shut.

Loved our stay. What a great location. Loved happy hour & that it was a short walk to anything.

Great little laneway hotel, location close to theatres, cafes , gardens, transport and shops
Pros:

The staff were friendly and informative. The bed comfy and the room well equipped. Brilliant idea having a stocked lobby...water, lollies, coffee etc.

Cons:

the small size of bathroom sink. Ok for brushing teeth but not cleaning face.

Cons:

The outdoor balcony has rotten wood, te bathroom door doesn’t close all the way so not a lot of privacy and the blind in the bedroom was broken so had to call someone at 2am to try close the blind.
