Molto belli gli spazi comuni con le due piscine.
La ns camera essenziale con un bagno u po' piccolo ma nuovo e completo.

Fint hotell, god restaurant på stedet og deilig basseng
Pros:

Bassengområdet var fint, men ingen servering ved bassenget. Det står at det er et spa, men ingen følelse av å være et spahotell eller reklame for spabehandlinger.

Cons:

Rommet var medium rent, det var ikke rengjort under sengen på en stund, men rommet ellers og badet var rent og pent.

Pros:

Hotel molto bello in posizione comodissima a ridosso del centro di Frascati. Ampio parcheggio gratuito, bar aperto h24, ristorante con piscina e vista spettacolare su Roma. Stanze ampie e pulite dotate di ogni comfort. Consigliatissimo per visitare i Castelli Romani.

Cons:

È andato tutto bene, forse consiglierei solo un po' più di attenzione al servizio sia a cena che a colazione.

Pros:

Dans cet hôtel, la seule chose que j’ai vraiment appréciée, c’est l’espace. Il y avait aussi deux piscines, et c’est ce que j’ai le plus aimé.

Cons:

les choses que je n’ai pas aimées à mon arrivée à l’hôtel : après notre enregistrement, on nous a donné la chambre 311. Quand on est entrés, il y avait une très mauvaise odeur et mon mari n’arrivait même pas à respirer à l’intérieur. Je suis donc descendue à la réception pour demander un changement de chambre.

Ils nous ont ensuite donné la chambre 322 mais apparemment il y avait aussi un problème sanitaire qui touchait tout le premier étage.

Concernant le petit-déjeuner, j’ai été très déçue. Il n’y avait presque rien : la machine à café ne fonctionnait plus, les tasses étaient anciennes et il y avait seulement quelques croissants, alors qu’on avait payé le petit-déjeuner assez cher. Franchement, j’étais dégoûtée.

La seule chose positive qui m’a marquée, c’est une réceptionniste qui parlait français et arabe. Ce n’est pas donné à tout le monde en Italie de parler plusieurs langues, donc ça, je l’ai apprécié

Preis-Leistung top!
Pros:

Wir waren mit einer Schulklasse da und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Für die Schüler war der Pool natürlich ein highlight. Es war sehr sauber. Die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert!

Pros:

Posizione ottima per raggiungere il centro del paese. Parcheggio gratuito. Pulizia della camera. Bagno finestrato con grande doccia.

Cons:

Letto scomodo. Poca varietà di affettati a colazione

Wenn man den Aufenthalt für einen Besuch in Rom kombinieren möchte kann ich das Hotel empfehlen.
Pros:

Sauber und gute Lage um zum Bahnhof zu kommen (Richtung Rom). Gutes Frühstück. Sehr gutes Restaurant mit fantastischem Blick auf Rom.

Cons:

Nachts oft laut gewesen durch heimkommende Gäste (hellhörig). Padel-Halle bis 22 Uhr war auch laut zu hören. Teilweise sehr freundliches Personal, teilweise aber auch eher uninteressiert. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Strasse und die Lage des Pools ist nicht so „grün“ wie auf dem Foto. Die Bar ist teuer.

Hôtel récent, petit déjeuner à revoir.
Pros:

L'hôtel est propre et relativement récent.

Cons:

L'insonorisation des chambres. Le petit déjeuner : à 7h30 il manque déjà beaucoup de choses. Serveur pas très agréable.
