La struttura e bella e pulita con annessa struttura di campi da padel nelle vicinanze anch' essa molto bella

E inammissibile che il lunedi la spa sia chiusa; quantomeno andrebbe comunicato agli ospiti prima dell arrivo. Un po di scortesia da parte della reception

Third time staying at Villa Mercedes, beginning to look tired and requires a face lift

Like the vibe of the cafe area, but beware of the different tariffs for charges in different areas, staff were excellent

Cons:

Breakfast, poor selection, no variation, also if down after large party there was less choice, Pool, adequate for size of hotel, at weekends there are external private parties in the pool area which impacts greatly whilst staying in a suite ( room 212 ) loud music until late in the evening, we were not informed of this or we would have chosen a different room or even a smaller room towards the rear of hotel, shuttle bus was not advertised or freely given, guest on crutches made to walk into town without offer of shuttle

Brilliant to stay on the outskirts. Close to the train station to get to Rome and nice hotel
Pros:

The location of the property is really good! You have a shop that is open 24/7 to get drinks, water, snacks and much more. The rooms are perfect for what we needed it for and would stay here again.

Cons:

The breakfast area even though was included. Could potentially be better as lack of food during the timeframe advised.

Hotel all right but noisy.

Clean and good location. Breakfast was good

Cons:

Reception staff hopeless and had to disclose a medical condition to get a kettle despite the fact that they had an abundance of kettles. Thin walls loud guests. Swimming pool area closed at 6pm and very loud parties started every night. We were right against the noise

Enkel ontbijtpersoneel was aardig. Schoonmakers maakten netjes schoon

Cons:

Luide airco (enkel aan of uit), oude kamer, douche gaat constant omhoog en omlaag in temperatuur, slechte waterdruk, gescheurde matras, onaardig resterend personeel, chauffeur was pick-up vergeten, karig ontbijt.

Finestre non apribili e senso di chiuso,camera non conforme alla richiesta,prezzo alto per il servizio ricevuto nonostante era giorno di festa, vasca idromassaggio ridicola per la camera e camera poco curata,servizio colazione inefficiente poco personale per i clienti presenti,pietanze mancanti e tanta attesa per la rifornitura della colazione.
