Great location wander around the valley
The coffee was amazing. The staff was very friendly and professional. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. The access to the highway was great but there was nothing to do in Windsor unfortunately. Not your fault.
We did not like the breakfast. Not enough hot foods. The wifi did not work. The pool was freezing and very small.
The room was good.
No sign at bottom of hill to lead to hotel. Only hotel on our entire month stay in nova scotia, that had terrible breakfast. All hotels had oranges, apples, bananas. Eggs, sausage. Staff in breakfast room seemed grump. Pancake machine broken. Very poor breakfast. We also paid the most at this hotel co.pared to others and got thd worst.
Désuète et le déjeuner très ordinaire
he beds were quite comfortable but that is the only thing I can say that was worth a positive experience. We arrived around 5:30 pm and for the price of 271.28 ( and that is with CAA discount ) I feel that is a bit pricey for two seniors to lay their head for a few hours. The night before we stayed at a place that was 165.00 Tax Inc. and offered more. It had a fridge with a freezer, a heat pump and bigger TV. The breakfast was very basic. Deanna at the front desk was very friendly. The last time I stayed at a Super 8 it was just a little over 100.00 , that was two years ago so I know this is gouging because it is "PEAK" season, Such a shame. Then you hear on the media how the number of accommodations are down, I wonder why?
Central location
No summer deals
Great location, quiet, clean and comfortable
Lily at the front desk was beyond sweet. It was my daughter's birthday and she made her, and honestly, all of us feel so special and went above her call of duty. Can't thank her enough and am very grateful!
Staff were amazing
Room was very dated and bathroom was pretty rough
The hotel staff was very nice, the room was comfortable and clean. The location was close to a highway access. We would stay there again.
We found the breakfast to be less than what we are used to. Muffins, bagels, bread, an odd little pancake machine, yogurt and not much more.
Did not enjoy our stay. The rooms were dark and dirty… the woman working the front desk was rude and contradicting.
We asked to switch rooms after we checked in because the room was not to our standards, and the person next door to us knocked on our door multiple times after hearing our baby cry.
The woman said because we used a 3rd party booking app we couldn’t change rooms… I then asked if we could just have the same room on a different floor; because we weren’t comfortable staying next to the man who knocked on our door. She said that wasn’t “feasible” as the room would need cleaned. My wife then said we’d just leave then - which we were VERY prepared to do, and then suddenly she could switch us into a different family room on a different floor.
The room wasn’t much better, but it was a slight improvement. Upon checking in we also weren’t told any details about WiFi, breakfast, pool, etc. Will NOT be returning or recommending.
The breakfast selection was terrible, the only good thing about was the coffee variety.
The breakfast was good. The staff amazing.
It’s a bit tired and could do with a refresh for sure.
