A beautiful location but the room was a bit of a let down. For the price we feel we should have had

The location was great and the staff were very nice. I was given some chocolates because it was my birthday.

Cons:

Our room was a bit disappointing as we’re were on the first floor of a side room with a view of a building site. For $450 we both thought it could have been better.

Great location in the heart of Kiama
Pros:

Location, reception decor, easy parking

Cons:

Room decor outdated, considering the photos and price, it was disappointing.
The wedding occuring during our stay was below our room and very loud and no notice that our room was above the reception party

Great location, great undercover parking, great size room but poor bathroom facilities
Pros:

Location to everything, cafe, restaurants, supermarket, water and tourism. The staff were really happy, friendly and helpful. Undercover parking was also great as it did rain on the day we arrived.

Cons:

The bathroom.
No bench space for toiletries
No exhaust fan so all surfaces were damp from steam after you shower.
Bathroom basin tap was the wrong type and made filling the kettle difficult.

Pros:

The location was fantastic. Easy walk to cafes and restaurants and access to stunning water-views.

Cons:

The per night rate for a superior family room was rather expensive considering it looked out on to train tracks and not a sea view.
