We did have a lovely time on our few days away but.. these things could improve and would make the stay much easier .
Pros:

A friendly welcome at reception, easy parking . The room facilities were good .
location to the Town Centre Shops &Walks things of interest.

Cons:

The beds in our room were too soft and sunken time to replace them , uncomfortable & hard to sleep.
Restaurant at the Hotel only open for Dinner certain nights. Sink only in bathroom no vanity , made it awkward to put your make up on etc no bench top, no draws or cupboard .
Nowhere to place your wash bag .

Exceptional value for money. Sebel have a definite 'vibe' compared to other hotel chains.
Pros:

Check in was smooth, friendly and professional. The rooms are large, clean and amazingly quiet given there is a train line directly outside. Other than a slight vibration you hear nothing, the sound insulation is amazing.

Cons:

The alarm clock was a few hours early which had us up at 1.30AM. You need some mugs! The little tea cups aren't big enough.

Exceeded my expectations at every turn. I will be back!
Pros:

This property was such a surprise package. From my first interaction, which was a phone call from the lovely kenzi to our check in experience from again the wonderful Kenzi to our room service then breakfast, this hotel and its staff exceeded my expectations. Every interaction was friendly, engaging and made me feel like i was part of the Sebel family. Again, big shout out to Kenzi, what an exceptional team member you have in her.

Cons:

The only criticism would be I think the batteries on the tv remote were going flat. It was not a big deal

It’s our second visit to the Sebel in Kiama, and we will definitely book again for a weekend away.
Pros:

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sebel Kiama. Great location with a short walk to restaurants, shops, beach and train station. The bed and pillows are super comfortable.

Cons:

It would be handy if there was some bench/vanity space in the bathroom.
