시설도 좋고 위치도 훌륭함
담배냄새가 너무 심해서 머무는 내내 괴로웠음
일본은 아직도 실내 흡연을 허용하는데 이건 큰 문제임

Good location and city views
For a 4 star hotel poor TV and chrome caster that didn't work was disappointing. Ended up being given a smoking room that smelt like an ashtray. They did relocate us after we complained.
The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, and communication among the team was excellent. Everyone seemed well informed, which made our stay smooth and pleasant. Both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were outstanding.
The room was quite small, but that's the trade-off for such a convenient location.

We were only able to stay one night but this hotel would be one of the best we’ve ever stayed at! The views from the reception, our bedroom and the bathroom were exceptional! The room itself had everything you needed including an abundance of toiletries, a Refa hairdryer and some complimentary drinks in the fridge! The staff were also so lovely during each interaction.
Absolutely nothing!
Location is great, very close to Ginza. Staff were friendly. The main floor with reception got a great view which is very welcoming. However...
I trully can't believe people giving good reviews for this hotel. This place is way overdue for renovations.
Dirty, old, smelly carpets all over hotel. Lifts are shocking. Rooms are extremely small. Bathroom is below average. Some rooms are allowing smoking which effects whole hotel. Between 2 of us we only had 1 large and 2 small bags and no space to keep it in the room. There was no wardrobe in our initial room even for 1 person. I asked for an upgrade, I got an offer for a 'better option'. All it was is a better view from small window in bathroom of Tokyo tower and a tiny wardrobe. The room was still small and smelly.
Hotel is for smokers. I went to get a coffee. There is only 1 bar/cafe available to get a cofee. I could not stay there as people smoke inside of cafe with no windows. For me it was shocking. I could not even get a coffee!
So I decided to look for another hotel so my 10 years old daughter could enjoy her 1st visit to Japan. We were lucky to find very nice hotel close by for same day and stayed there for a week.
