Pros:

周りに飲食店やマッサージなどもあり、利便性の高い立地でした。
また、部屋から夜景もきれいで、お風呂からの東京タワーは素晴らしかったです。
また、朝食はクオリティ高いと思います。
その場で焼いてもらったオムレツは最高でした。

Two nights in Ginza, Tokyo
Pros:

The location is very good in Ginza, close to many shops, restaurants, and a train station. The hotel is a high-rise building with a beautiful view of Tokyo. The breakfast had a very good variety and great service.

Cons:

We reserved a Superior Room with three beds, but the room was extremely small. There was barely enough space to move around, and we could not even fully unpack our luggage. We asked whether it would be possible to upgrade to a larger room and were willing to pay an additional fee, but unfortunately no larger rooms were available. As a result, our stay was less enjoyable than we had hoped. If you are traveling to Japan, I recommend checking the room size (square footage or square meters) carefully before booking a hotel, as room sizes can be much smaller than expected.

Great stay!
Pros:

The staff and amenities were great!

Cons:

Some areas in the room needed upkeep or replacement - like the bathroom tiles and the table top mirror. The rooms are quite small compared to others I’ve stayed at in Tokyo. The location is primarily in a financial area.

Hotel aceptable para quedarse en Guinza
Pros:

La ubicación es buena, el personal muy amable y el desayuno también muy bueno.

Cons:

La habitación es chica y no tiene placard donde acomodar la ropa. Salvo unas perchas para colgar, hay que dejar todo dentro de la valija, lo que resulta muy incómodo

No exercise facilities (gym or swimming pool) and wifi was poor.
Pros:

Location and breakfast at the hotel was superb. The concierge were unable to help with my request for a golf day but did organise and sort a golf hour at a local indoor golf stuidio.

Cons:

The wifi was awful. I explained the wifi was awful a number of times and on my final evening, was given a wifi router which worked perfectly. If they are aware this issue is in place, why isn't the router in the room permanently.

Warning bed bugs

This was a very disappointing stay. We experienced bed bugs during our visit, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming to be five-star status. Based on the condition of the property and overall experience, I would struggle to rate this hotel as even a four-star establishment.

To the hotel's credit, once the issue was reported, they did move us to another room, and we are grateful for that response. However, it did not change the overall concerns we had regarding the property's condition and cleanliness.

The hotel is clearly in need of significant renovation and refurbishment. Many areas showed visible wear and did not meet the standards expected of a luxury hotel. There was also a concerning level of poor maintenance throughout the property. In our room, there was a disgusting substance coming out of some of the light fixtures, which further raised concerns about cleanliness and upkeep.

To make matters worse, when we reported the issue, we were provided with an email address to send supporting documentation. After taking the time to gather and submit the requested information, the email proved to be undeliverable. This only added to the frustration and gave the impression that guest concerns were not being handled professionally.

Breakfast was also underwhelming. The only standout item was the eggs; the rest of the offering fell far short of what would be expected from a hotel of this caliber.

Between the bed bug issue, the condition of the property, the lack of maintenance, the poor follow-up process, and the disappointing breakfast experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. Management should address the cleanliness concerns immediately and invest in meaningful improvements to both the property and guest service experience.
