Pros:

Location was close to the main Ginza shops and train stations.

Cons:

Wifi was horrible, wasnt stable connection. This was my second time using this hotel. Last year, the wifi was also a issue but it was not this bad this time around. Another small issue was the lighting in the bathroom. The brightness would change randomly, which was ideal when trying to shave. lastly, doing laundry here is too expensive.

Excelente en el corazón de Tokyo
Pros:

Hotel Espectacular en Tokyo, lo utilicé dos veces, al inicio del viaje y al final, la habitación del final un poco más pequeña que la del inicio pero bastante buena, el cafecito que ofrecen para filtrar muy rico, la ubicación excelente, muy cerca de la parada del metro, un 7eleven en la esquina y un Lawson de especialidad en el mismo edificio, no probé el desayuno pero debe estar espectacular, el servicio del personal excepcional

Cons:

Todo bueno, las habitaciones un poquitito más amplias hubiera sido excelente.

Wir können dieses Hotel keinesfalls weiterempfehlen
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut.

Cons:

Zunächst wurde uns als Nichtrauchern ein Raucherzimmer zugewiesen. Dadurch konnten wir die ganze Nacht kaum schlafen, der Geruch war einfach ekelhaft. Für die restlichen Nächte durften wir glücklicherweise das Zimmer wechseln. Allerdings waren das Zimmer und insbesondere das Bett so klein, dass es zu zweit sehr eng und unbequem war.
Wir können dieses Hotel definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen. Der Komfort entspricht unserer Meinung nach keinesfalls einem 5-Sterne-Standard. Insgesamt waren wir sehr enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt.

Cons:

Upon arrival, we noticed a significant accumulation of dust on one of the bedside light fixtures. When we brought this to the staff's attention, the receptionist dismissed the issue by simply stating they 'try to maintain high cleanliness standards.' Given the reputation for exceptional cleanliness in Japan, the lack of immediate action or acknowledgment was disappointing.

Was ok, but not 5 star
Pros:

Liked how it was very central and that they were able to hold our bags before check in and after check out.

Cons:

Didn't like how there wasnt room service or that we wernt able to order alcohol from the cocktail bar. For the price I felt like there could've been a room service option due to restrictions on dress code in bar.

מיקום מעולה בסמוך למרכזי הקניות

Cons:

ארוחת בוקר מאכזבת מאד , אינה תואמת מלון 5 כוכבים .
הקפה הגרוע ביותר בכל הטיול ביפן אין אפילו מכונת קפה ראויה להתחיל את היום.
מגוון דל מאוד של אוכל גם בהשוואה למלונות 4 כוכבים במהלך הטיול .
