Location near Ginza shops and restaurants, very friendly and helpful staffs, accommodating to your requests, very prompt service and quick check in time.

Cons:

The room is a little small with a very tight space between the sitting table and the bed. Expensive breakfast menu.... Does not provide complimentary water in the room.

Pros:

The building is in ginza and has a limousine bus stop close by which makes it extremely convenient for airport access. The breakfast was delicious and very high quality. The view of Tokyo tower from the lobby was unforgettable. Staff was very kind and courteous.
