Toute l’infrastructure, le service , la localisation. Le buffet petit déjeuner. Le calme autour.

Cons:

Insonorisation entre étages ( dans le bâtiment annexe), les nids de poule dans le parking latéral.

Für uns hat in der Nebensaison alles gepasst.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit toller Aussicht auf die Bucht.

Cons:

Ohne Auto ist man etwas aufgeschmissen. Zu Fuss sind es über 2km zum Strand und Restaurants.

Ich bin seid über 40 Jahren Gast im Galatzo und hoffe es noch lange zu sein

Ich habe mich wieder wie zuhause gefühlt.
An der Rezeption wurde ich vom Chef
Sr. Javier und Nataly sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend behandelt. Es war wieder ein besonderer Genuss über Ostern im Hilton Galatzo zu sein. Das reichhaltige und abwechslungsreiche Frühstück war mehr als 5 Sterne wert. Ich freue mich schon auf das nächste Mal!! Peter Rondholz

Es gab überhaupt keine Probleme.
Nur schade, dass ein großer Teil der Grünfläche im unteren Liegebereich für Tisch und Stühle geopfert wurde.

Wonderful views and overall great hotel
Pros:

Great views! Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, the breakfast was amazing! We stayed with two small children and the family suite worked well for us. Would definitely recommend

Cons:

Les salles pour le petits déjeuner et les repas, qui manque de personnalité et de deco. La chambre ne correspondait pas à celle vendu par l hôtel. Obligé de vous écrire car l accueil de l hotel refusait de nous fournir une chambre conforme à la réservation.... Comportement inacceptable de l hotel.... Déménagement après 1 nuit pour une autre chambre cette fois ci correct. Merci à booking d être intervenu

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is located on a hill, a bit higher up, so the view from the outdoor pool and the outdoor tables is fantastic. Our room was large and beautiful, with a lovely view, the breakfast was outstanding, the staff was really helpful and nice people (Big thanks to Netty from the Concierge for her willingness to help us :) . A big plus for us was the indoor pool; our son went there every day, since the water in the outdoor pool was quite cold at this time of year. We also really liked that there was a very nice little town nearby - Paguera (about a 30-minute walk or a 7–10-minute taxi ride) with three beautiful beaches, restaurants, shops—everything you could want.

Cons:

There should be free water in the room every day.
No toilet brush.
The shuttle service to Peguera is good but not frequent enough—only twice a day—and maybe there should be one to Palma as well.

A Recepción dolgozó Victoria nevű kolléganő nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. Sokat dobott a hangulaton az ő személye.

Trotz der oben genannten Mängel haben wir den Aufenthalt genossen!
Pros:

Die Lage, der Pool und der Garten

Cons:

Badezimmer unpraktisch: kaum Möglichkeit die Badetücher aufzuhängen, leider Badewanne statt Dusche, keine Wc Bürste, keine Handtücher fürs Bidet.
Das Abendessen war leider bescheiden.

Un hôtel comme on aimerait en voir plus souvent!
Pros:

Cadre magnifique, staff professionnel, très aimable et toujours disponible, petit déjeuner fantastique. Bref, un séjour très agréable que nous allons recommencer souvent.
