Piękne widoki, ciekawa architektura hotelu, pyszne śniadania.
Pros:

Przepiękny widok na morze. Pyszne śniadania. Uprzejma obsługa w recepcji.

Cons:

Zmęczony personel sprzątający, który nie zauważa, że trzeba umyc mopem brudną podłogę w łazience.
Ponad to, niejasne rozliczenie za pobyt.
Jedzenie w barze przy basenie i w restauracji fatalne! Niesamowite, że można proponowac tak słabej jakości jedzenie w 5 gwiazdkowym hotelu.

Sehr schöner Urlaub mit gutem Essen und toller Aussicht.
Pros:

Tolle Aussicht vom Pool, sehr gutes reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Ruhige Lage und extrem bequeme Betten mit 3 grossen TVs im Familienzimmer. Mit dem Mietwagen alles gut und schnell erreichbar, tolle Strände in der Nähe. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Dusche teilweise defekt und etwas beengend im Familienzimmer, grosses Bad sehr gut. Der Geruch im kleinen Bad hätte etwas angenehmer sein können.

Fantastische locatie
Pros:

Top ligging met prachtig uitzicht.
Ruime kamer met goede bedden en fijne badkamer.Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.
Personeel is erg vriendelijk.
Zwembad ligt prachtig in de mooi tuin. Alles is goed verzorgd.

Cons:

Niets. Voor ons was alles perfect.

Sehr schönes und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, traumhafte Aussicht, sehr schönes großräumiges Zimmer, die gesamte Anlage sehr gepflegt

Cons:

Die Ausschilderung zu den Zimmern, wir sind spät Abends angekommen und mussten uns dann alleine auf die Suche nach unserem Zimmer machen, war nicht positiv.
Weiterhin hatten wir eine unangenehme Begegnung wahrscheinlich mit dem Hotelmanager (Mann mit braunem Anzug) am Pool der nur für Erwachsene war. Wir sind am 1. Tag dort rumgelaufen, es war nichts abgesperrt obwohl man gerade ein Event vorbereitete, es waren nur ein paar Mitarbeiter da, wir wollten uns kurz umschauen und wieder gehen, da kam dieser unsympathische Typ auf uns zu und bat uns zu gehen, wir sagten ihm das wir nur kurz schauen wollen und dann wieder gehen werden was ihn nicht interessierte und er uns daraufhin regelrecht rauskomplimentiert hat. Das ist für mich ein völliges Unding von einer Führungsperson eines 5 Sterne Hauses !

Panorama exceptionnelle, mais hôtel qui ne mérite pas 5 étoiles
Pros:

Le panorama depuis l'hôtel est extraordinaire. Le personnel est agréable et disponible pour essayer de trouver des solutions aux problématiques clients.

Cons:

Le diner du soir est très très décevant, aussi bien sur le choix des repas, la qualité des aliments, mais également l'espace de restauration qui est extrêmement bruyant. La vaisselle n'est pas propre. Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées. Nous avions demandé à changer de chambre après une première nuit où nous avons entendus un bébé pleurer toute la nuit, mais malgré ce changement de chambre dans le même bâtiment, idem sur les nuits suivantes. Certains endroits de l'hôtel commencent à se délabrer et nécessiteraient des travaux.
