Het begon bij de check-in, we waren er om 15:30 een half uur voordat je in kon checken. Iedereen kreeg te drinken tijdens het wachten, maar wij zaten uit te drogen. Om 16:30 was onze kamer pas klaar. De airco van onze kamer werkte niet. Het was continu 26 graden terwijl we de ramen dicht hadden en de airco vol aan. Dit hebben we een aantal keren aangegeven bij de receptie. Er zou wat aan gedaan worden, na de derde keer vragen (en dus drie dagen later) kwam er iemand langs in onze kamer waardoor het eindelijk 23 graden werd. Kouder is het nooit geweest. Ik heb 4 nachten niet geslapen en ben als een wrak uit het hotel gekomen. Dit is geen 5 sterren waard, amper 3. Het ontbijt is een vreetschuur met veel krijsende kinderen. Voor mij nooit meer. Al mijn andere Hilton ervaringen waren beter. Zelfs als ik geld toe zou krijgen zou ik hier niet meer heen gaan.

Très bon séjour dans un site de rêve
Pros:

Le lieu très reposant, bien arboré, la vue sur la Costa de la calma
Les 2 piscines
L accueil et la gentillesse du personnel
Mention spéciale pour Martin, Carmen et pour Michel aux cuisines

Cons:

Les suites de La résidence sont éloignées et nécessitent un parcours avec ascenseurs et marche.
La vue mer de la suite est moyenne

Wir haben uns von den beworbenen Fotos auf Booking deutlich mehr erhofft und sind das erste Mal nach einem Urlaub froh,
Pros:

Das Personal war sowohl im Gastroservice top als auch an der Rezeption oder von den Reinigungskräften stets zuvorkommend und mehr als freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Essen war von der Qualität eher wie ein Ein-Sterne-Hotel, erst die letzten zwei Tage wurde es aufgrund wechselnden Kochs etwas besser und entsprach einem 3-Sterne Hotel zumindest abends. Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich, aber nicht gehoben. Die Duschbrausen in den Bädern hatten Grünspan, die Terasse war voll mit Vogelfekalien, im Bad waren überall Kalkablagerungen und an den Abdichtungen sammelte sich Dreck, auch war der Bezug des Schlafsofas voll mit „Spuren“.
Es gab kein Wasser zu kaufen stattdessen nur Softdrinks. Da wir mit Kind gereist sind mussten wir das spanische Lieferando installieren und uns für 39(!) Euro Wasser kaufen, da wir kein Mietauto hatten und somit in der Stadt kein Wasser kaufen konnten. Das Hotel hat uns angeboten wir könnten für extrem viel Geld eine (!) Stahlflasche kaufen und diese jeden Tag mehrfach im Rezeptionsgebäude am Wasserspender auffüllen. Unser Hotelzimmer lag einige Gehminuten von dem Ort entfernt, sodass wir wenn wir täglich 6 Liter Wasser benötigen würden 6 mal dorthin laufen müssten. Generell machte das Hotel einen teilweise herunter gekommenen Eindruck und ist in die Jahre gekommen. Auf den ersten Blick sieht es nett aus, aber beim zweiten Blick fallen einem direkt die Sachen ins Auge. Wir hatten uns so viel mehr von einem 5-Sterne Hotel erhofft und auch von dem Markennamen Hilton.
An dem einen Tag wurde der Pool für 30 Minuten aufgrund von Fekalien im Pool gesperrt, was mit Chlor Nachschütten und Entsorgung der Partikel beseitigt wurde. In der Zeit durfte der Adults Only Pool alternativ nicht mit genutzt werden.
Bei der Poolbar muss man zudem ordentlich tief in die Tasche greifen: 11 Euro für eine Tüte Pommes und knapp 20 Euro für einen Burger. Zzgl. Getränke landeten wir oft bei 80 Euro für durchschnittliche Qualität pro Tag für das Mittagessen.

Ausblick toll, Zimmer toll

Gutes, sauberes Zimmer. Schöne Aussicht.

Cons:

Das Essen! Frühstück war gut. Alles andere war wirklich in meinen Augen schlecht. Es gibt auf der Karte kaum gesundes Essen wie Lachs, Dorade oder andere leichte, leckere und gesunde Speisen. Pasta war schlecht, Pizza nicht gut, Falafel aus der Fritöse usw. also ich hab besseres erwartet für ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Ich möchte nicht nur Fastfood essen.

Pros:

Schöner Ausblick von der Hotelanlage. Frühstück war gut

Cons:

Man benötigt ein Auto um von der Anlage zu einem Restaurant, Supermarkt oder Strand zu kommen.
Leider ist ein Fehler bei der Abrechnung passiert (Leistungen auf der Rechnung die wir nicht in Anspruch genommen hatten). Dies wurde beim Check-Out vom Personal nicht erwähnt und später von der Kreditkarte abgebucht. Auf meine Email wurde leider nicht reagiert.

We enjoyed our stay, walked to the beach, swam in the ocean and went out for dinner both nights with short taxi rides. O
Pros:

We had a sea view suite with a balcony which was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable and all the facilities are what we expected. Excellent breakfast and very friendly helpful staff.

Cons:

Our room was a long way from reception and the breakfast area and the resort is a 20 - 25 minute walk to the beach. There were no utensils in the kitchen they did not restock the minibar.
