our stay was short and sweet. It was a good time.
Pros:

I did not love that there was not a complimentary breakfast but the $17 per person breakfast was decent.

We came to Atlanta to see the Aquarium. Staying at this Hilton made it perfect.
Pros:

I liked being able to see the ferris wheel light up at night.

Cons:

It was freezing cold in the hallways. It would have been nice to have special soap for the face.

Pros:

Whitney & Gerunda are the best ever. Just have a convo with them and you will not be disappointed. They’re best. Gerunda gave me some great food recommendations and Whitney was a blast to chat with and kept Gerunda in line (haha jk. That’s how they are)

Beautiful place, easy access to town but having to pay for parking in a place you stay and pay for is not fair.

I had a great experience thanks to Schkaiya’s excellent service. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and made sure everything was taken care of during my stay. Incredible Service
Pros:

I had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn and wanted to recognize a few team members who made the experience exceptional. AJ, Gerunda, Schkaiya, and Whitney were all incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. From check-in to any questions I had during the visit, they went out of their way to make sure everything was smooth and comfortable.

It’s clear they take pride in providing excellent service and creating a welcoming environment for guests. Their attention to detail and willingness to help really stood out and made the stay even better. I would absolutely stay here again and appreciate the outstanding hospitality from this team.

When i came into the room there was still dirty underwear under a chair from a previous guest. But the staff solved it really well. We got apologies, another room and got 50% back.

We just arrived at Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Downtown and I had to leave a review immediately because the check-in experience with Siobhan Sims was that impressive.
After traveling, you never know what kind of welcome you’re going to get but Siobhan made the entire process seamless, quick, and genuinely enjoyable. She was warm, professional, and completely on top of everything. Check-in was efficient, organized, and stress-free, yet she still took the time to be personable and make us feel truly welcomed.
You can tell she takes pride in her role as Front Office Manager. She sets the tone for the entire stay, and because of her, ours started off perfectly.
First impressions matter and thanks to Siobhan, this one was exceptional.
