We just arrived at Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta Downtown and I had to leave a review immediately because the check-in experience with Siobhan Sims was that impressive.
After traveling, you never know what kind of welcome you’re going to get but Siobhan made the entire process seamless, quick, and genuinely enjoyable. She was warm, professional, and completely on top of everything. Check-in was efficient, organized, and stress-free, yet she still took the time to be personable and make us feel truly welcomed.
You can tell she takes pride in her role as Front Office Manager. She sets the tone for the entire stay, and because of her, ours started off perfectly.
First impressions matter and thanks to Siobhan, this one was exceptional.

Incredible Hilton location, specifically due to the people. AJ in security was a massive lifesaver, taking the time to seek me out after I had mistakenly left my suitcase behind. Customer service to a top-tier level. Front desk staff was continually warm and welcoming, even across shift-changes.
Will absolutely be staying here for years to come!
Beds were very comfortable and it was clean.
The noise in the area was especially the train horns was aggregating. Would not stay there again because of that.
the buffet breakfast should be included not an extra cost, it’s mid tier at best. parking should be waived if staying at the hotel. the parking garage elevators smell like piss and smoke. the mattress felt old and sagging in the middle.
Had such a good experience throughout my stay. Customer service was great from Octavia. she helped me through out my whole stay and made me feel comfortable. Definitely recommend
Everything was really nice while staying. One thing I look forward to when traveling is customer service. Here the customer service with a 10 out of 10 had no complaints at all any prom that I have they make sure to fix within a timely fashion. Schkaiya was there to help me and help to make my stay great.
Denise and the entire team were super helpful. Our experience was next level. From check in to check out We couldn’t think of a better way to conduct a stay.
The location is perfect for Downtown Atlanta activities. Walkable to most every downtown destination.
