Pros:

I liked the location.

Cons:

The first clerk tried giving me and my 6'3 son a queen room with a sofa bed...I had booked several weeks prior and had booked two queens. The other clerk on duty looked and was able to accommodate my actual booking. The first clerk was being lazy about it.
The machine was broken at Starbucks to be able to get a coffee in the morning.

Overall everyone we encountered even breakfast crew were Great & knowledgeable
Pros:

We liked the young lady who checked us in that evening & the young lady who worked with us during the day on the 8:00 shift they were very personable & efficient

Cons:

I feel the toilet bowl in our room could've been a bit more cleaner

Pretty clean , I got good parking and was able to get a room in the floor I wanted! Great customer service.

Customer service was okay.Decent came down here before

Cons:

I didn't like the fact it was supposed to come with complimentary breakfast and it didn't, the refrigerator was unplugged? And all the water was on the carpet and it made a loud noise. So it made the apartment stink as well. People, the AC wasn't working good. So it was a hot sleep.
I only got 2 towels to take a shower? When I had 4 people.

Overpriced without functional amenities.
Cons:

Pool was closed for entire stay. Breakfast was additional fee and overpriced. Wifi was not included since we booked thru 3rd party and not the property directly. Similarly priced hotels include all of those things. Nickle and diming your customers when your amenities arent even functional is terrible business practice.
