Great staff and for being an older building it was great.
Pros:

The staff is really up and beyond. Staff checked me in with the kind of customer service I thought was lost. Respectful and knowledgeable. Made sure I had enough water and the snacks saved me. Morning Starbucks and I came down to early but yet they were still so accommodating. Check out 12:pm. I can’t say enough!! This felt like home. The bed is like heaven too and I’m picky !!

It was a clean and peaceful night's sleep. The AC worked really well.

Cons:

The Desk clerk was High as a Kite. She was on some kind of drugs. But she was friendly. And somehow managed to push through and check us in.

Not for me...keep looking or just bed down for the night
Pros:

Location is sketchy, its behind some other newer hotels off the main road, and seems abandoned. The breakfast is non-existent, so do not opt in and pay for that, seriously. Room is semi clean (someone's belongings and peanut shells were left in room), amenities are sparse, staff is friendly. I only chose this place as everything was sold-out or 2X more and if you are looking for a clean place to sleep for the night, yes, Familia? or Vacation ? NO
