The treatment of my guest that I reserved the room for.
During check-in, we encountered an issue where our reservation was showing for the following day instead of our actual arrival date. Melinda at the front desk was exceptionally courteous and patient throughout the process. She went above and beyond to resolve the issue promptly and ensured we were able to settle into our room without further delay. I travel frequently for work, and I can honestly say I have never been welcomed with such genuine hospitality and attention to detail. It was truly refreshing.
The next morning, Aaron greeted us warmly, engaged with my children, and continued to make us feel valued as guests. She checked in on our comfort and demonstrated a level of care that is rare to find.
I will certainly return in the future—my daughters immediately remarked, “Mom, this place feels like a 10-star hotel!” So here I am, writing this review at their request. We are thoroughly impressed and truly appreciate the outstanding service.
Courtyard by Marriott
Front desk staff was friendly. Room 113 had a very strong chlorine odor upon walking into the room. Closing off the bathroom, though, helped to reduce the chlorine odor in the rest of the room. The room was clean. There were two outlets on the lamp above the table between the two beds. One of the bedside lamps had been removed leaving an empty hole in the base on the wall. The switch to control the remaining lamp was within reach from only one of the beds. The room had a mini fridge and coffee station. The bathroom featured a tub/shower combo with a somewhat anti-slip floor. There was a grab bar on the shower wall for safety. Water pressure was good. View from the room was of the air conditioning equipment. Housekeeping was available upon request during the stay. The hotel offered breakfast in the morning for a charge and there was a small market near the front desk. There was also a bar. The hotel is located off SPID between Weber and Everhart behind the Tru by Hilton hotel.
The staff is really up and beyond. Staff checked me in with the kind of customer service I thought was lost. Respectful and knowledgeable. Made sure I had enough water and the snacks saved me. Morning Starbucks and I came down to early but yet they were still so accommodating. Check out 12:pm. I can’t say enough!! This felt like home. The bed is like heaven too and I’m picky !!
