clean room, comfortable bed
Where the tv was located you couldn't see it as the closet blocks it. Little pricey. Would have styed somewhere else but there were no openings in other hotels
Stayed one night in room 213 for a work trip. The room was comfortable and well laid out with a desk, sofa, and king-size bed. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant—service was great, though the food and drink options felt a bit limited. I didn’t have a chance to use the pool or fitness facilities. Conveniently, there’s a Starbucks nearby, which was a nice bonus. Overall, a pleasant stay and I’d likely return for future work travel.
They lost my pre-paid reservation, then made me pay 2x the amount for a room. My original reservation was for $159. Then they charged me another $238 for a room. Then they said the would refund the 159 not the 239. Still haven't gotten the refund yet.
We waited 45 minutes for coffee and muffin
Not the cleanest room. The toilet had some “mystery” fluid on the wall behind it when we checked in and the whole room had a bad odor.

Had major car trouble on our way to Philadelphia and ended up at this Marriott late at night.
The check in staff was amazing, empathetic and helpful.
Our room was very clean. Smelled fresh but not perfumed. The bed was very comfortable and towels nice. Quiet hallways and a friendly cafe staff for morning coffee.

Ok stay. Not bad, not great.
Overall a nice hotel. Clean and updated. A few issues w the last stay though…. We asked for extra blankets and pillows and were told they were out! So that was annoying. Then we’re sitting in the lobby having drinks one night. Apparently kids were running around on the 3rd floor. He came up to our group and said w a giant attitude…. Just letting you know there are a bunch of kids running around and if they’re your kids we will ask you to leave!!! So it wasn’t our kids, but the way he approached us was highly inappropriate and uncalled for.
This newly renovated hotel is filled with the best staff and has excellent service!!
Janie and Sharon and Christine and Mark and John and Deb have from day one made my crazy schedule work around quiet rooms and meals when needed. I have been coming here for a year now! Every month! I’m leaving out other names I’m sorry!! But night clerks and all staff so friendly. You need blankets or towels or a salad at night waiting for you?
It’s there! I leave a steamer the put it in my room! I have Amazon delivered they bring it to my room. They are my second family. I’m there over a 100 days a year. I choose to stay here because yes there are options in the area… but no one has this service.

Everything was perfect
Comfy bed, safe, and clean. The pool looked nice but we were super tired and skipped that. The cafe is a overpriced but thats normal for nice hotels.
Batteries needed as remote not working. Should nt this be on a checklist. Cane back from dinner : both keys not working
