Very clean room with a friendly, polite staff. First time we stayed at a Drury Inn and will definitely stay at this hotel chain again.
Nothing comes to mind.
Most friendly helpful staff! Convenient location, and we were tired, so the included evening dinner was a very relaxing perk!
There seems to be some homeless activity in the area so I wouldn't feel safe walking around outside, but the hotel itself was perfectly safe.
Clean spaces, amazing staff, so many amenities!
That the drink cutoff is so soon, especially for those arriving a little later.
The place is very clean and feels safe
In room 210 there is a a little closet type deal with like the heater or something and that door wouldn't shut good and honestly it was kind of creepy and dirty. Besides that though everything was really good. We always enjoy our stay with you guys
I got there before checkin and I’ve been riding my motorcycle across the USA and asked the front desk lady if I could leave my luggage with her while I waited for check in. She refused, I’ve never had this happen before after being on the road for over 3 weeks. So I went next door to the Hampton and they checked me in and gave me a room early.
Rude front desk lady.
Tyler was exceedingly helpful and accommodating. And he had a wonderful sense of humor which was so welcome after a grueling drive.
No none slip strips in the bathtub or safety rails.
Eloisa and Jenna are the very definition of hospitality! I would highly recommend Drury Las Cruces!
There's only one ice machine and it's on the first floor.
Easy to get to
All the fans running in hall way was very noisy all night long
The staff was amazing! Clean place to stay. Breakfast was good and they even offered dinner in the evenings.
The beds and pillows need upgrading. We stayed there a few nights and by the end my back was straight on fire. It wasnt comfortable at all.
Too close to freeway… lots of road noise
Quiet, walkable, semi-close to restaurants and stores
The weather…
All food and drinks were really good. Everything was fresh and hot. The meatballs in the evening were delicious.
Better accessible rooms. My son is paralyzed from the waist down and even tho the room was spacious, the bathroom was very hard to get his wheelchair in enough to transfer him to the tub. Maybe the doors can open outwardly in the rooms that are not considered accessible, so ppl dont struggle. The staff helped in any way they could to accommodate us.
