Clean and comfortable with a great staff
Pros:

From the check in to check out, the staff and facilities EXCEEDED our expectation... friendly, customer focused and Clean! We stayed here even tho we are Hilton Honors members because our stay at the Hampton Inn in Winnie TX was so awful and dirty! I think we will opt to stay at Drury whenever available!

All of our needs were met, and we would happily stay again.

Great hotel but sleep was not so great.
Pros:

Love the amenities and all the extras. The room was very nice.

Cons:

My room’s window faced the freeway, so I could hear the passing traffic, especially the large trucks. The noise made it difficult to sleep. Installing better soundproof windows would help improve the experience.

It was pleasant for an overnight stay and staff was very friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good and the attendant was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We were given a room which faced the Hwy and it was extremely noisy. The room only had a small refrigerator and MW. It was difficult to prepare/reheat our special diet needs.
