I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Billings recently and had a really good experience. I'm not usually one to write reviews, but this place deserved it. The room was super clean and the bed was honestly so comfortable, I slept like a baby. The staff at the front desk were incredibly nice and checked me in quickly, which I appreciated after a long day of traveling. Another huge plus was the location, as it was really easy to get to and close to plenty of places to grab food. My only minor complaint is that the Wi-Fi was a little slow in the evening when everyone was trying to use it, but it wasn't a dealbreaker. Overall, it’s a solid, comfy place to stay and I’d definitely book a room here again next time I'm in town.
Great hotel. Exactly what I would expect from a Hilton Garden Inn. The staff is fantastic. Attentive, responsive and very willing to help. The hotel overall is in nice shape, well kept, and clean. The rooms are large and is good shape. Bed is comfortable. Workspace is very usable. The lobby amenities of a snack shop and restaurant are very nice.
The drawback is that the bathrooms only have a tub shower not a normal shower. The WiFi internet, Hilton Honors, Hilton Honors Lobby and Hilton Honors Meeting, is embarrassingly slow. They have it throttled to a 5Mb data speed often only getting less than 2 Mb, even after I purchased their premium internet speed!
Nice property, clean good service. Breakfast worth it, better than ok. Billings unimpressive to us, but good stop on road trip. Excellent service from every single employee.
Only here one night but wish we could stay for more. Bed is wonderful, as comfortable as any we have stayed in on this trip. Many restaurants nearby and the breakfast in house is as good as it gets. Which chain serves fresh cut fruit?! Kudos to the chef! And the people topped off a great experience with their friendliness and kindness, Seems they really care. Thanks for a great experience.

It was in a nice central location.
The pillows felt like they'll were swallowing you, not support in them and the mattresses felt like you were sleeping on a piece of plywood because they were so firm with no cushion to them. Also had booked the hotel at one price with confirmation and was charged over $50 more.
The breakfast was yummy. Would be nice if it was part of the room charge instead of extra.
The beds and pillows were not comfortable.
