Room is smelly & aircon is not cold.
No tissue box nor body wash in bathroom. We were given 1 soap bar & 2 small shampoo packets.
The room has ants around study table & bathroom.
The room i was given on the ground floor was dirty with mods on the cotton window and the room was smelling of wetness and i had to complain before my room was changed.
When I went to check in they swiped my card then told me about $450 in fees they were going to charge me for the stay! A large deposit for myself then $150 a day for my pets. None of which was advertised on their listing with you! I chose not the pay these fees and told them I wasn’t going to stay there for all those fees and they refused to reimburse me for the room charge for 2 nights that was less than all the fees! Their manager stated that they would possibly reimburse in 3-5 working days but I have yet to get the funds. I bought insurance for this stay as well.

The location of this hotel is convenient and close to many key spots in Houston. The staff were kind, professional, and very accommodating which I truly appreciated. However, the overall condition of the rooms and property left a lot to be desired.
The rooms were disappointing: outdated appliances, several outlets didn’t work, and there were visible stains on the pillows and sheets. The worst part was discovering roaches in the room, which led us to request a room change but unfortunately, the new room wasn’t much better. Stains were still present, the AC barely worked, and there was mold in the bathroom.
Additionally, the elevator wasn’t working during our stay, which made things even more inconvenient.
This hotel could be a great place to stay if they invest in major renovations. For now, the condition of the property makes it hard to recommend.
Elevator is not working and it smells like weed on the hallway but overall its ok
Cleaned, convenient but not enough towels, coffee machine has no coffee tray.
Nice property. However shower would not get hot. Luke warm at best.
Elevator not working, they put me on the 3rd floor , and it was 4 flights of stairs up.
Key stop working, and wanted me to walk 4 flights of stairs to get a new key. I told them I was not doing that, and someone did bring me a working key.
The ice machine on the 3rd floor was not working, so you had to walk to the 1st floor to get ice ( reminder elevator isn’t working)
No one EVER answers the front desk, but they are laughing and having fun. It’s like they turn the front desk phones to go to VM
The room phone only worked when it was on speaker
I will NEVER EVERT stay here again!

elevator was broken our entire stay
From beginning to end, the stay was disappointing. I booked 2 rooms for my family with a child, and here’s what happened:
1. One room was fine, but the second had no AC. We were moved to a smaller room, not what I paid for.
2. Two lights were broken, making the room very dark.
3. Bathroom door was nearly falling off—unsafe for kids.
4. Toilet was broken. I had to fix it temporarily myself.
5. Room key stopped working after 24 hours—had to rekey.
6. Ice machine was out of service.
7. Shampoo and shower gel came in a tiny plastic bag—very minimal.
8. Elevator broke on checkout day—only one in the hotel. We had to carry all luggage from the 3rd floor by stairs.
9. Staff response was simply: “Unfortunately.”
where do I start??
1. our room was missing a smoke detector (safety concern)
2. the water that came out of our sink was boiling hot - had to wash my face/brush my teeth in the tub (safety concern #2)
3. breakfast was not included as advertised
that was in the first room so then we got switched to another room but till not good..
4. the shower rod was coming off the wall!
5. the shower head was dirty and moldy!
