Pros:

I like the room which was nice and comfortable, great little balcony, good shower and polite people.

Good hotel with great staff
Pros:

Thank you to the hotel for the gift for my wife on her birthday, we really appreciated it. The staff is friendly and always ready to help

Cons:

The bathroom floor was very cold, and the room was generally a bit chilly, but this could be easily adjusted with the temperature control

Hôtel propre et bien situé
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé, à côté de la gare St Lazare. Le personnel est accueillant. Le lieu est propre, bien équipé. Un surclassement nous a été offert.
Très calme, pas un bruit fenêtre fermé.

Cons:

La chambre est un peu petite malgré le surclassement en chambre prestige.
