Well first of all I'll tell you this hotel offers a shuttle to the airport LOL but if you have a pet with you forget it. Then upon check-in they want you to give them 100 euros cash they don't want credit card they want you to pay a damage deposit for the dog or cat in cash. The girl at the desk told me that once I check out and the room has been cleaned they will give the cash back to me LOL yeah right how are you going to do that when I've already left the hotel and on my way to the plane or on my way to another country that was really sketchy I argued with her. I told her you can use my credit card she made it look like she was texting someone or trying to get some information and finally she said no it's okay so that seemed awfully weird to me? The rooms are suites and actually very spacious.
The interior of the rooms is adequate but very very dated but the room itself has lots of space. The TV sets do not have any English channels whatsoever so if you don't speak French you're out of luck. They do have a bar and a eating area but it's all sort of one big area. I've only given this hotel 3 stars because it did what I needed it to do it was pet friendly although I must tell you catching a uber even back to the airport which is only about 8 minutes was still 35 to 40 euros it's ridiculous otherwise the hotel did what I needed it to do
We stayed for 1 night as we arrived on a late flight. We were too late for the shuttle so we got an uber to the hotel. Welcome was ok, we were able to buy some drinks from the fridge in reception and a truly diabolical sandwich (avoid), this all seemed quite expensive, the bar didn’t seem to be open. We were directed to our room which was huge, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, really good value just lacking some quality comfort in the living space, it seemed sparse and tired looking.
We didn’t use the kitchen so can’t comment on this but everything else was adequate, the place is just a bit run down.
Never had breakfast but it looked OK with a nice cafe/bar area.
Being able to book a 4star Paris hotel suite in 2025 for about $60/night seemed too good to be true BUT it is 5 minutes from CDH airport vs. being minutes from things like Galleries Lafayette.
PRO
* Kitchen includes frig, microwave, sink, stove top, dishwasher, 2 dinner plates, one bowl, silverware for 2 people.
* Bathroom has giant tub and multi-use shower.
* Bed with comforter has plenty of fluffy pillow and extras in closet.
* Excellent soundproofing since hotel is less than 5min from CDG airport.
* Excellent free WiFi in room.
* $20 breakfast buffet includes yummy chocolate croissants and Nescafe expresso machine.
* Shuttle service (about $8 each way) every 30min to/from CDG and despite having tickets with set time, you can usually sneak an extra seat or two earlier/later.
CON
* You get an electric stove top but ZERO cookware.
* Bathroom had 2 large bath towels but ZERO hand towels.
* Thermostat control was broken so unable to adjust temp or fan for entire suite.
* Breakfast buffet scrambled eggs were cold and bland.
* No little toiletries to use or take home as souvenirs.
We had an excellent stay at the hotel. Shuttle service was excellent. Customer service was very responsive. The breakfast surpassed our expectations. We will be staying here again.
Propreté,calme et très bon service. Personnel serviable , gentil et à l’écoute
Hotel room, plastic chairs, shower broken, no shower curtain
No dishes in kitchenette. No air conditioning. Elevators broke, I was trapped inside for long time, did not want to call in service help. Would not call fire department as they did not want them in building.
Stay away!!
My kids stayed at this hotel the night before their flight home. They were surprised at how big the room was!
Good!
The stuff was amazing
The property was ok, it was too far from the main attractions. It was close to the airport which is a good thing but too far from the city happenings. Uber was costly.
Ok hotel but very slow at reception
Stayed here last year and gave a good review. Stayed here last week, and the place is filthy, reception area and room. Shower was a joke. Breakfast was bad.
Don’t stay here, pay the extra and go somewhere else.
The hotel was convenient to the CDG Airport. I was arriving late so it was great to have the shuttle. I did email the hotel several times with questions at the email given and was never answered, thus the less than excellent rating.
Not a hotel for us.
Travelled as a couple, there was more space in the room than expected especially talking about Paris. Bed was nice and not too soft. The shuttle from the airport to the hotel added a nice touch especially for tired travellers that did not sleep well on the plane ride to Paris. Although it was about 30min to the city centre by train, would definitely book again for convenience and close proximity to the airport.
The property needs deep cleaning, fresh paint and to wash their hallway carpets. The space inside the rooms is decent. But so many broken things inside :(
The complementary breakfast is horrible. dirty, we stayed three night and is not worth it.
the only good thing we experience was the diner. The salmon was delicious!
Good enough for a stopover from CDG. Room was clean and had been updated
Great value. Not a luxurious hotel, but very clean and perfect location for travelers
The room was big and the bed was big and comfortable. It is very much an economy room and hotel. The AC struggled. However they gave us a fan which helped a lot. The bathroom didn’t have hand towels. Only bath towels. The soap was out and I had to use my own. I could’ve asked I suppose. There were dishes but no soap to clean them. The shuttle was hard to figure out but they sent very detailed instructions to help. And that’s also an airport problem not the hotels.
