The location of Bangkok City Inn is excellent right in the heart of the city, close to malls and transit, which made getting around super convenient. However, the building itself feels quite old and could use some renovation. Unfortunately, I had bed bug bites on my first night, though the staff quickly changed my room without hassle. The new room was okay, and the breakfast was decent with a fair selection.
Overall: Great location, friendly staff, but cleanliness and maintenance need improvement.
