Good for families on a budget but missing the details that make a difference.
Pros:

The location, the facilities and the value for money. I liked that we had a choice of beds.

Cons:

That i didnt have a bath when I was told I would, the photos of the room were very very different to reality. I didnt like that we didnt have a kettle or any English TV channels, not even one.

Some staff were clearly unhappy in their jobs and didnt mind showing it but some were amazing and made up for it.

Para familias con niños.
Pros:

Playa, piscina y aire acondicionado muy cerca uno del otro.

Cons:

No entiendo como habiendo 5 ascensores se hacen esas colas tremendas para usarlos. Creo que tienen un sistema de organización que claramente no funciona y crea colas que disgusta a los clientes.

Tampoco me gustó que no se me informaran al reservar pensión completa de que las bebidas se pagaban a aparte, tampoco me informaron de la opción de coger un pack adicional que si las incluía. Creo que es información importante a tener en cuenta al hacer una reserva.

Por último, me llamas la atención que el 99% familias grandes con niños. No molestan pero deberían ponerla en la descripción del hotel, ya que una vez dentro supe que hacéis descuentos para atraer este sector.

La cercanía a la playa, animación infantil

Cons:

Hotel envejecido, buffet repetitivo comida-cena, después de cenar no hay nada que hacer al aire libre,en la terraza no ponen ni música ambiente,se escucha todas las conversaciones de los huéspedes,parecía un funeral.en la zona de la piscina no nos dejaron sentarnos en las hamacas.la mini disco de 7a 8

Está muy bien ubicado a pie de playa,muchas familias y el personal muy educado y eficaz. Muchas animaciones para los peques. Nosotros tuvimos que adelantar la salida unos días y no hubo problema por parte del hotel,nos facilitaron todo para resolver el problema,en eso un 10.

Cons:

Las habitaciones algo antiguas y el colchón nada cómodo...La comida muy batallera...El desayuno era lo más equilibrado pero luego comida y cena se podría mejorar bastante solo con un poco de gusto y cariño en hacer las cosas (Es mi opinión) Luego la habitación para dos adultos y dos niños era algo pequeña.
