Emplacement, la climatisation
Panne d'eau chaude dans tout l'hôtel pendant notre séjour.
Personnel très accueillant mais mobilier vétusté dans les chambres et parties communes. Accueil bar restaurant tout neuf
Petite piscine sur le toit avec espace pour se poser tranquillement très très petit. Presque dire inexistant

La struttura è molto centrale , la colazione ottima e lo staff gentilissimo , la stanza silenziosissima e accogliente

La ubicación es ideal (tanto para visitar el centro como para disfrutar de la playa), el personal siempre fue muy majo, atento y profesional, y el spa es increíble. Totalmente recomendable!
Creo que la calidad del desayuno ha bajado un poco. Prefería lo que ofrecieron antes.
Laura en el restaurante durante los servicios sienpre dio el mil por ciento para hacer nuestra estadia inmejorable y super amena ....

When we arrive around 3 pm one receptionist told us room not ready

The other receptionist was quickly by him and changed the room number

Aswell always when guest coming out of the elevator they say good morning hello or good evening
So you always feel very welcome

La ubicación del hotel es excelente.
Cerca, pero lejos del ruido del conglomerado céntrico

La terraza y piscina insuperables.
El desayuno es muy destacable, y distintivo.
El que Messi sea participe del proyecto, es un valor agregado emocional.
Al hotel le falta una mano de mantenimiento externo.
El frente y el costado están descascarados, con la pintura saltada.
Da imagen de abandono para un hotel boutique que espera destacarse.
onthaal was vriendelijk en met glaasje bubbels zeer aangenaam. We hadden geboekt op het rooftop-restaurant en konden daar de prachtige eclips bewonderen waarvoor het hotel ook een brilletje had voorzien (leuke attentie). Bovendien was een spa-bezoek onverwacht inbegrepen bij onze kamer en dat hebben we zeer gesmaakt. Ook het ontbijt was enorm uitgebreid en de bediening was top!
In de rooftopbar was het personeel iets minder vriendelijk. Het was weliswaar druk door de speciale avond maar ons eten werd vergeten, de cocktails kunnen we zelf beter maken en achteraf bleek ons teveel aangerekend maar dat konden we natuurlijk niet meer bewijzen dus lieten we het maar zo. Voor ons werd dit echter ruimschoots goedgemaakt door de vriendelijkheid en bereidwilligheid aan de receptie en in het ontbijtrestaurant, evenals in de spa.
Hotel che nel suo complesso si presenta bene. Ma si ferma qui. Colazione passabile e staff della colazione efficiente.
Staff del tutto non customer oriented. Check in pessimo lasciati 20 minuti al cancello del parcheggio per poi sapere che non vi era posto. Richiesto un ristorante alternativo a quello della struttura perche pieno, la reception non è stata in grado di segnalare altri ristoranti
ne tantomeno quando idendtificato di prenotare un tavolo. Stanza spaziosa con segni di forte usura e con odore di muffa. Letto fatto con un lenzuolo piu corto del letto stesso. Al mattino alle colazione si presenta il direttore che saluta solo un tavolo ed ignora totalmente gli altri ospiti . Insomma mi dispiace ma il livello di qualità assai bassa da non tornare.
