La situació molt aprop del carrer del pecat. La part de dalt amb la piscina i restaurant. La decoració de l'habitació. Habitació amb molts detallets. A la nevera de l'habitació hi havia begudes (en aquest tipus d'hotel, no sempre n'hi ha)

The spa and restaurant
The bathroom quality and design is not comfortable neither of quality
This was a very nice hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a very spacious suite and sea view which was a real treat. The real highlight was the customer service. Alex on reception was very attentive and helpful. Laura at breakfast was iconic - she really made breakfast special. We would stay again in a heartbeat!
Las camas en general están bien, el personal muy atento.
No funciona un ascensor y el otro a media carga (4 personas), con spa y bar en la azotea se hace muy escaso. Tampoco funciona la pantalla de información sobre la planta en que se encuentra el ascensor. Con tarifa completa se hace incómodo y caro, el servicio recibido no lo vale.

The hotel was clean and modern, the room was very comfortable, the breakfast was great, the staff were unfailingly dedicated and attentive, and the spa was gorgeous.
It was advertised as having an indoor anf an outdoor pool, and my child brought her swimming togs, but she couldn't actually use either pool in April. The indoor pool was part of the spa, and 16 plus. The outdoor pool was a small unheated plunge pool on the rooftop bar. The facilities description could be made clearer to avoid disappointment.
The spa was also not fully staffed in April. The lounge area mentioned that you could order refreshments but there was nobody around to ask, without going all the way back out to the reception.
While the staff were very friendly and attentive, some moments felt unnecessarily slow, maybe due to low staffing in low season. At reception usually only one person was there, and busy with another guest, a wait of 10 minutes at least seems excessive. At breakfast I only ordered hot food once because it took over 30 minutes to arrive.

La limpieza, la habitación muy cómoda, el servicio de recepción de fábula y la parte del circuito de aguas excelente
La comida del restaurante de la terraza muy deficiente, le faltaba sal a todo, las patatas bravas se sentía solo el tomate y no se disfrutaba verdaderamente el plato, el pulpo a la brasa muy echo y seco, los cócteles parecía que los hiciera alguien sin mucha experiencia, no tenía equilibrio de sabores como el spicy margarita se sentis muchísimo el Tabasco más que el resto del cóctel, el servicio de sala bastante normal para un Hotel de su nivel, se olvidó en varias ocasiones la comanda y tuvo que volver para decirnos que los buñuelos estaban en 86'd (agotado) la verdad no vale la pena el precio con la calidad de la comida y la experiencia, muy disconforme con ello
El personal de recepción muy atento y amable.
La ubicación perfecta cerca del centro, junto a la playa y facilmente accesible en coche
Las habitaciones amplias, cama muy grande y una bañera espectacular, se nota que ya tienen un tiempo pero están muy bien
El desayuno a la carta + buffet, muy bueno

Fuimos a tomar un café a la terraza de la azotea y fue algo caótico, tardaron en atender, nos preguntaron varias veces, nos prepararon unos cafés imbebibles, un cortado sin leche... tuve que ir a la barra hasta a explicarles qué tipo de tazas usar... un desastre.
En el desayuno todo bueno y el personal súper amable pero también súper desorganizado, salían platos de la cocina y no sabían de quién era, se pegaron todo el rato preguntando por las mesas que falta y si eso era suyo, mientras tanto gente sin pedir... fue algo molesto y estresante.
