Notre séjour dans cet hotel a très mal commencé car nous lors de notre check in, la réception nous indique que nous avons réservé deux chambres pour un adulte et les enfants, que mon mari n'était pas enregistré, et m'ont demandé de payer un supplément. pour lui , mais pas pour les enfants ce que je ne comprenais pas. Après vérification, et du stress, mon mari était bien enregistré mais finalement ils me demandent de payer pour les enfants. Très compliqué de converser avec un gérant d'hotel qui ne parle pas anglais, et qui hurle en turc dans son Google translate, pour vous menacer en disant qu il allait annuler la chambre, et que nous n'avions qu'à partir si ça continuait comme ça, tout ça bien évidement devant d autres clients et ses collègues. Nous nous sommes sentis humilier et ne retournerons plus jamais dans cet hotel, ça nous a gâché notre séjour. Je ne recommande pas

Hotel bien situé, mais ne pas le choisir spécifiquement pour sa piscine...
Pros:

L'emplacement était très bien. La chambre était agréable.

Cons:

La piscine n'était accessible que de 10h à 18h. Un bonnet de bain était obligatoire, je n'avais jamais vu ca dans un hotel. Donc nous avons été obligés de leur acheter un bonnet de bain sur place, 6 euros.

Le petit déjeuner n'était pas bon, et pas assez fourni. Le pain était sec, le grille-pain ne fonctionnait pas. Un seul fruit était disponible. Pas de yaourt.
