Good location and clean
Pros:

Good location, room was clean and staff are friendly.
Air con is very tricky as it doesn't seem to be blowing cold air.
It was reported and the maintenance guy did come to see it but it was still not working properly.
Had a massage booked which was very good and I asked for some water which should be offered and complimentary however I was charged for the bottled water.

Pros:

Colazione a buffet ottima! Varie scelte tra dolce e salato, con la possibilità di mangiare anche specialità turche. Ottima posizione, 5 minuti a piedi dal bazar e 10 min dal porto e dall'Agorà e la Torre dell'Orologio. La camera è ampia, ben illuminata e pulita.

Cons:

La mia stanza era sul lato di una strada principale molto trafficata, migliorerei un po' l'insonorizzazione, non tanto per il canto del Muezzin al quale ci si abitua tranquillamente😄 più per i rumori del traffico soprattutto di notte.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Das gesamte Team war unglaublich nett, freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Kinderfreundlichkeit – auch unser 1,5-jähriges Kind hat sich sehr wohl und richtig willkommen und geliebt gefühlt.
Außerdem war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, was uns ebenfalls sehr wichtig ist.
Wir haben uns rundum gut aufgehoben gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Toller Ausblick aufs Meer
Pros:

Die Lage ist toll, direkt am Meer mit einem wunderschönen Blick.
Die Betten und Kissen sind super bequem, es ist selten, dass man in Hotels so bequem schlafen kann.
Das Hotel hat seinen eigenen Charme und alles ist blitzsauber.
Natürlich ist das Hotel ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber dafür ist es auch unschlagbar günstig für die tolle Lage. Ich würde aber empfehlen, unbedingt ein Zimmer mit Meerblick zu nehmen.
Das Personal ist auch äußerst zuvorkommend.
Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten.

Очень классное расположение, отель современный, все чисто, аккуратно. Администрация суперская, прилетели в Измир в 5.20 утра, в 6.30 в отеле уже заселили без взимания дополнительной оплаты за заселение раньше срока бронирования. Все рядом, легко добираться с аэропорта. Рядом парк, много кафе, обменники, кто пьет спиртное магазин метров 200, аутентичный классный рынок, набережная. В отеле сауна , бассейн, тренажерный зал. Если едете в Измир, очень рекомендую этот отель.

Я бы не приехал еще раз. Есть много лучших вариантов за меньшие деньги
Pros:

Чисто, хорошее расположение.

Cons:

Персонал был недостаточно подготовлен, плохое знание английского в большом отеле, в двойных номерах одни тапочки, один халат. Завтрак оказался не включен за высокий ценник. Нет парковки, платная парковка 350 лир в день. Одна бутылка воды в номере для двоих. Платный минибар это понятно, но вино на столе оказывается тоже платным.
