Очень классное расположение, отель современный, все чисто, аккуратно. Администрация суперская, прилетели в Измир в 5.20 утра, в 6.30 в отеле уже заселили без взимания дополнительной оплаты за заселение раньше срока бронирования. Все рядом, легко добираться с аэропорта. Рядом парк, много кафе, обменники, кто пьет спиртное магазин метров 200, аутентичный классный рынок, набережная. В отеле сауна , бассейн, тренажерный зал. Если едете в Измир, очень рекомендую этот отель.

Я бы не приехал еще раз. Есть много лучших вариантов за меньшие деньги

Чисто, хорошее расположение.

Cons:

Персонал был недостаточно подготовлен, плохое знание английского в большом отеле, в двойных номерах одни тапочки, один халат. Завтрак оказался не включен за высокий ценник. Нет парковки, платная парковка 350 лир в день. Одна бутылка воды в номере для двоих. Платный минибар это понятно, но вино на столе оказывается тоже платным.

Housekeepimg/cleaning could easily be better... When taking away two glasses from a double room why not put TWO new glasses back in the room? Every day something were missing... Used glasses /cups were not washed or replaced every day either.
It sholudn't be necessary to ask for such articles every of our stay... Such comments should be easy to fix ,,,

Hotel bien situé mais bruyant

Cons:

J'ai réservé cet hotelpour le spa et la salle de sport. J'ai bien vérifié si tout était ouvert lors de mon séjour. Le jour J. Tout était fermé. Aucun message pourme prévenir. J'ai essayé de trouver une solution avec l'hotel: rien. Seule proposition, me servir de vin gratuitement dans le mini bar.
Cet hotel est de qualité moyenne et le seule point de différenciation (spa + salle de sport) n'est pas honoré, sciemment. On frise la malhonnêteté: J'ai du recevoir 2 ou 3 messages d'accueil aucun de signifiait cette absence de service. Inadmissible.

Everything was clean, the staff was attentive and the breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

I chose a hotel with a spa. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that the spa was closed for renovations during my stay. There was no information about this anywhere, only at reception. I had to find a spa at another hotel and pay extra.

Pros:

Номер был чистенький, кровать и мебель удобные. Был чайник и чай. Мы были в феврале, в номере было тепло, спали с открытым окном. От отеля близко до метро и автобусов, до Агоры и улиц с кафешками. Место с аутентичным вайбом. Кто на машине -улочки узкие, могут быть трудности с парковкой.

Cons:

Полное отсутствие звукоизоляции внутри отеля. Слышимость очень сильная.

Pros:

Ωραίο κατάλυμα, καθαρό, ήσυχο. Φωτεινό ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο και μπάνιο. Ευγενικό προσωπικό. Μας εξυπηρέτησαν με χαμόγελο σε ότι ζητήσαμε. Νόστιμο πρωινό σε ευρύχωρο, φωτεινό χώρο. Μεγάλη εξυπηρέτηση ο κοντινός στεγασμένος χώρος στάθμευσης (φρόντισε το προσωπικό για το αυτοκίνητό μας). Η θέση του ξενοδοχείου σε κεντρική λεωφόρο πολύ κοντά στον Σιδηροδρομικό Σταθμό και στο μεγάλο παζάρι. Εύκολα πας πεζός στην παραλία, όπου βρίσκονται πολλά εστιατόρια, μπαρ κ.α. και υπέροχη θέα στον κόλπο. Η μετακίνηση με ταξί σε άλλες κατευθύνσεις στοιχίζουν πολύ λίγο. Η πισίνα και η σάουνα μας ξεκούρασε πολύ.

Cons:

Ίσως θα ήταν καλό να μην χρησιμοποιούνται τόσα πολλά αποσμητικά και αρωματικά χώρου (δημιουργήθηκαν μικροενοχλήσεις). Στο εστιατόριο ο μάγειρας δεν τα πήγαινε τόσο καλά με τις ζύμες (πίτσες, πίτες, μπουρέκια ...). Το ξεπεράσαμε όμως με τα υπόλοιπα του μπουφέ που ήταν εξαιρετικής ποιότητας
