Fijne overnachting!
Pros:

Lookout heeft een mooi uitzicht over de rivier. De kamer en het bed met de badkamer waren prima.
Overheerlijk ontbijt.

Perfectly located and very comfortable.
Pros:

The hotel was beautifully decorated, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was super convenient.

Very nice place to stay with great breakfast

Good location

Cons:

The parking app was not working well for us which may have been due to a problem accepting US payment. The staff on duty was great and put the parking fee on his account and we reimbursed in in cash. Also be aware that a lot of the smaller hotels in UK don’t have air conditioning and they do use small fans and open windows.

Das Zimmer auf dem Bild sieht super aus…war aber überhaupt nicht so! das Zimmer hat wohl seit einem Monat keinen Staubsauger gesehen. Die Stühle auf der Terasse sind am verrosten und haben viele Spinnweben angesetzt!

Too hot to sleep
Pros:

Breakfast was good and great choice and the location was lovely.

Room was too hot to sleep 27c we were given to fans but still it was too hot. Corridor outside our room 2 was cool. Made the stay not enjoyable, hotel needs a lot of repairs and up grades would not recommend.

Cons:

Amy on reception tried very hard to help but clearly she could not control the over heated bedroom.

Pros:

Locations was good

Cons:

Staff were inattentive. Parts of the hotel could do with an upgrade and some effort made particularly to the balconies. A plant maybe? But absolutely dire night on account of the extremely loud heating system. I thought the hotel might actually explode!!! Do not stay here if you want to sleep

The Lovely Lookout Rye
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was in fantastic location in walking distance to most things. Room was clean and bed was comfy. And breakfast was delicious.

Disappointment.
Pros:

The location, breakfast , size of the room.

Cons:

The hotel is runned down,the room was dirty and dusty,every where you look it's in a poor condition, carpets are dirty and there are holes in the curtains.
It's a sham because the location is really good.

Cons:

Communication - Telephone didn't work to call the reception from the room. Lookout Rye don't answer the telephobe when called from my mobile. Open and honest about parking charges on booking. I found out about the parking charges, just before arriving. Found an ant in the bedroom. Breakfast was ok.

De locatie en het terras

Cons:

Het team was fantastisch. Zag wat er gedaan moest worden. Alleen de dame die er rondliep. Die was alleen bezig met haar telefoon, zag de gasten niet, zag geen werk. De gasten moesten het ontbijtbuffet verder inrichten met bestek en voedsel. Ze liep niet rond en wanneer ze naar klanten keek, kon er geen glimlach vanaf. Kortom, geen adder value voor het hotel. Het personeel dat de dag daarop werkte, kon de rommel opruimen die zij had laten liggen. Die zagen wel werk liggen. De rest was uitstekend.

Prachtig hotel op super locatie.
Pros:

Mooie plek met fantastisch uitzicht, op loopafstand van alles in Rye. De kamers zijn heel mooi ingericht en zeer schoon. Vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel en goed ontbijt.
