Excellent - I love staying here.,
Pros:

This is a terrific hotel in keeping with Rye as a town. I could not recommend the location or the staff highly enough.

Pros:

The location was fantastic, the bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was delicious also the staff were fantastic nothing was too much trouble .

Cons:

We were woken up by our neighbour snoring but we found it funny and I was relieved that it wasn’t me for once ..
The balcony could do with a little paint and sweep but I’m sure when the weather is better it’ll be done as everything else was fantastic

Great value and comfy. Would come again and recommend for a short stay.
Pros:

Great location, really charming and super comfy bed! Lovely staff, quick check in and check out. Breakfast was good value. Lovely view from our room felt super relaxing and at home straight away.

Cons:

Slightly dilapidated in places but adds to the charm. Breakfast was simple but tasty.

Great Hotel in Central Rye
Pros:

We stayed one night for the Scallop festival and it was the perfect base. Great central location, friendly staff and beautiful, newly renovated rooms with everything you need for a comfortable stay
