It is in the middle of Gran Via, very good location, everywhere is a walking distance. The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly, clean rooms, and beautiful rooftop

The hotel is in city center and it is located in great location!
The hotel is clean and room size is good and comfortable!
Breakfast is good and has various options
Thanks to Tomeu at the reception for his kindness and assistance!

Cons:

The save is not locked by code but with a credit card and was not convenient
One staff member was not professional in his communication so it affected on my impression of the whole experience
