Pros:

Está muy bien ubicada, el staff es súper amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo!! A pesar de la remodelación por la que está pasando el hotel nos hicieron sentir como en casa!! Uno de mis lugares favoritos para quedarme en Madrid

Pros:

The location is amazing. Room design is not very nice and the rooms look outdated. The hotel has no facilities: lobby is tiny so there isn’t a space to spend time or wait.

Cons:

I was there during a heat wave, the rooms are air conditioned but the AC is barely good.
