Historic hotel, outstanding service and very comfortable beds.
Pros:

The breakfast was first rate - both the continental option and the hot food menu. The dining room staff did their best to fulfill any request. The beds were the best of any hotel in which I have stayed.

Cons:

It is difficult to get to the Relais from Heathrow. The cabs are very expensive and some don't want to go there. Ubers are difficult to find as well. Travel options to the hotel on the website would be a useful addition.

Cons:

We arrived loud party - we had to leave our room as it was like being in a club . No bath in the room . No bottled water . Carpets all frayed in the rooms just feels very low end

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The dinner on valentines day and breakfast the next morning was amazing. The location is lovely

Pros:

Spotlessly clean, very helpful & attentive staff; excellent breakfast.
Located right in the heart of Henley, very close to bus stops to Oxford and surrounding area.

Cons:

Parking not on site but you can’t have everything when located so centrally.

A fabulous hotel! Everything about it is top quality. The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed .The hotel itself is in a perfect location. The staff are professional and friendly. The breakfast was outstanding

A lovely hotel, with a great dinner menu, but ...
Pros:

The welcome, the bedroom and the food at dinner were all excellent.

Cons:

The seating in one half of the dining room, where there were tables against low sofas along two walls, was unsuitable for adult men. The sofas and the easy chairs at the table were about 3-4 inches too low.
