Booked the Tara lounge for my daughter’s christening for 20 ppl last month. Really couldn’t fault the service and food. We were looked after so well, given a nice big space for the kids and buggy’s to spread out and everyone commented on how good the food was. The personalised menu was a gorgeous touch and we were given as much time as we wanted on the table.
Would recommend to anyone looking for a venue for a family gathering!

The hotel is a very nice building, with friendly staff. The reception and bar areas are very nice.

The only downside is the food is really poor. You’d be far better travelling into Stamullen or Balbriggan for food.

Firstly the hotel is very modern and clean I’ve been here many times.I met my friends for lunch , there was a very small amount of people in the restaurant. We asked one young men if we could sit down he said yes and that was it.
No one came near us with menus or offered to buy drinks, eventually I went to the bar and asked for assistance.
Lunch was very nice but when we finished again we were not approached to take the empty dishes etc away.
Again I had to go to the bar and asked for a waiter. Still had to wait, eventually I called a girl to help. I noticed the waitresses were hovering together but not approaching tables.
We eventually got our desserts and I asked for the bill at the same time as I didn’t want to have to hunt down a waitress again.
I have to stress I’m not a “Karen” but I do work in retail and I wouldn’t get away with this.

We won a fabulous one night stay with a three course meal and breakfast, the staff are lovely and the food is fabulous. The hotel had chocolates and a card for our anniversary waiting in our room The room was lovely. We would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back.

Clean and modern

We almost didn't look this place because it was a conference center. But I went a little deeper and found a kind sized bed, a huge space, a restaurant and great staff!

Great location for a wedding

The hotel location was very convenient for us, there are plenty of parking space. Our room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

A few weeks ago I was attending an event for Mums in Business. It was a two day event with an intense schedule of talks and dinner.

I just wanted to give the staff a big compliment to those who I got to engage with. Eoin & Aimee who were servers, had big smiles and a great attitude towards my table and group for dinner event. David for sorting the bill out by the till, hospitable and smiley.

Molly the breakfast server. She was super friendly and engaging also.

A big big thanks to Lauren who was the manager for the second part of the day. You were extremely helpful and so professional. You took a lot on in your stride even though things were miscommunicated without your involvement, you represented the hotel with grace and with empathy. It's never easy to take on things that were not followed through whilst you were not there, however the problem solving, going above and beyond for the client and just staying as upbeat and positive was so refreshingly welcomed an attitude.

I said I would email. I am only so sorry it's 2 weeks late.

You are an asset to the hotel brand and it was an absolute pleasure to deal with you. Even with a 5am wake up and in work for 6.30am, your leadership and your friendly professionalism was experienced by both staff and guests.

I really hope the acknowledgement and appreciation is sent to you and your team. Well done for staying poised and super pro at all times.

The rooms were fantastic and clean. The hotel reception was perfect. Friendly and extremely helpful.

Stayed for 2 nights for a family wedding. Lovely hotel, we stayed in an accessible room, tea tray, iron and ironing board all available in the room. Room was lovely and spacious, very clean. The on site restaurant is fantastic, great food and very reasonably priced. Accessible parking right in front of hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff couldn't ask for better. Will definitely stay again.
