Staff were friendly, hotel was clean, bathroom is dated and needs a refurb. The grounds were very nice and clean. The playground was very good, clean and safe.
Very noisy hotel, we stayed on the 3rd floor and other residents were continuously running up and down the corridor banging on our door and other guests up until about 12 at night so no peace and quiet. We contacted reception and they did send up security and it did get a bit quieter but in general the guests staying there the night we did had no regard for any other guests and were continuously in the corridors shouting to there buddies in other rooms. The doors don’t appear to have any acoustic seals. Terrible night sleep between the noise and the extremely uncomfortable bed. We were travelling with our toddler so we got room service and the food we received was horrendous definitely not what you would expect in a hotel or anywhere your paying for food. The fish & chips were horrendous straight out of a packet or could have been cooked much earlier and heated in the microwave really hard to tell. The creamy mash potato was pretty solid as in we would have tried it if we had of had a hammer and chisel. We asked what the soup of the day was and we were told vegetable and we received tomato soup, which was identical in taste to that sauce that spaghetti hoops have in the tin. The breakfast was just ok ish so we think the bar for the quality of food is set pretty low.

I stayed in this hotel 18th July. The food was extremely disappointing and far below the standard I expected from this hotel. The spaghetti and meatballs were dry, with barely any sauce, making the dish almost inedible. The steak was completely bland, with no seasoning or flavor whatsoever. For the prices charged, the quality of the food was unacceptable. I would not recommend eating here unless the kitchen makes significant improvements.
The manager was spot on with sorting small and little inconvineces like within 2m of seeing him reception took small alterations i had too my booking realy easy. The carvery was amazing food lovly the playground is such a nice thing to have access too. The event brick feile i was there for was great i just had a steler time the heat had me going crazy(heatwave) but the ac the staff and the food just everything went well
There was no bin at the park and some rubbish was there overnight
