We booked a room via Booking.com, but upon arrival at the hotel, our reservation was nowhere to be found in their system. And we weren’t alone — many other people around us had the exact same issue. They had all confirmed their bookings on Booking.com, yet at the front desk they were told, “Your booking doesn’t exist.” A total failure in guest management. Money, time, and nerves wasted. Strongly not recommended.
