Nichts würde es nie wieder buchen.

Cons:

Ehemaliges Bürogebäude, inzwischen deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und entsprechend abgewohnt. Die Bausubstanz ist problematisch: Straßenlärm dringt deutlich durch, zusätzlich hört man jede Nutzung der Leitungen – selbst nachts, wenn Gäste über einem die Toilette benutzen. Insgesamt wirkt die Immobilie nicht gepflegt, sondern konsequent ohne nennenswerte Instandhaltung weitervermietet.

Komme ganz sicher nicht mehr wieder.
