Completo con encanto, amplio y cómodo
Pros:

El completo en general está muy bien. Zonas comunes interiores y terrazas exteriores. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas. El desayuno muy completo y rico

Cons:

Igual mejoraría plato de ducha en vez de bañera, más incómodo. El pago del coche en la zona de arena del hotel, pienso que no deberían cobrar

Un sitio muy tranquilo
Pros:

Es muy bonito , habitaciones grandes y bien ubicado para bajar al centro paseando

Cons:

Tira a señorial lo que lo aleja de gente que busque algo más moderno. La cama hacia ruido y el wifi iba realmente mal, apenas teníamos cobertura

Der Parkplatz war ok

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte den Charakter eines Kellerraumes. Die Gardinen verstaubt und vergilbt. Das Bett sehr klein und unbequem. Die Beleuchtung sah aus wie in einem Kellerraum. Im Badezimmer musste man aufpassen dass man sich an den abstehenden Fliesen nicht verletzte.

Breakfast and location!
Pros:

Amazing breakfast, great location, friendly staff, interesting setting

Cons:

The walls were thin and we could hear every word on the people next door at 1 am. We lost sleep both nights because of them.

En general todo el personal maravilloso, salvo una persona en concreto, cuando llegamos, nos atendió una chica joven del turno de tarde de cabello marrón largo liso, delgada. No recuerdo el nombre. Pero durante nuestra estancia, a mí y a varias personas de nuestro grupo, no nos atendió como debía. Por un lado con reservas cometió errores que nos atribuyó a nosotros, no pidió disculpas, tratamos de explicarle y ser corteses para solucionar de la forma más amistosa posible y no nos hizo caso. Teníamos que preguntarle por todo, ya que apenas nos dió información básica al entrar, como por ejemplo la clave para acceder al parking. O que a pesar de que todo el grupo eran solteros salvo una pareja, a todos se les dió vana doble unidas y a la única pareja le asignó habitación con camas separadas. O que un compañero del grupo le pidiese ampliar un día más el parking, ella lo reservará sin preguntar habitación, se lo cargase a la habitación equivocada, del grupo era la única que ni tenía carnet ni tenía coche etc. Así que, decidimos no hablar más con ella y todo lo solucionamos sin mayor contratiempo todo con el personal del turno de mañana. Por favor felicitarlos a ellos/as de nuestra parte por su buen trato, porque ell@s si fueron muy amables y resolutivos y profesionales. Sobre todo y en especial una mujer de cabello negro y gafas, de la tenemos muy buen recuerdo por su trato profesional y resolutivo. Así que denles las gracias a esa empleada de nuestra parte por favor.

Authentic hotel on the outskirts of town
Pros:

Lovely authentic period hotel on the outskirts of the city.
Friendly staff and lovely bar and restaurant

Cons:

First night superior room was lovely and quiet with tea making facilities then had to move to twin room which was much noisier with no tea making facilities. No big deal but worth knowing.

Comfortable luxury in an historic city. Would repeat.
Pros:

The location, there is parking. The historic building is gorgeous. Really comfy beds. Decent breakfast. Good checkin.

Cons:

The claustro is lovely but it needs improving to be more appealing, as do the bar staff. A few benches outside would be amazing as often one doesn’t feel like going up to the room, but would like to be outdoors.

La cama era muy cómoda, toda la habitación estaba super limpia y bonita. Buen tamaño, closet, minibar.

Cons:

Oíamos a los de al lado, hablando de todo lo que iban a hacer, qué restaurantes le habian recomendado. Y las 3 ocasiones en la que nos regalaron gemidos Y GRITOS. FUE HORRIBLE. Y luego el desayuno, tenian a una sola chica limpiando mesas, surtiendo el buffet y atendiendo, la chica no daba abasto a todo lo que hacer.
