Palace Downtown

This location was nothing if not the perfect vacation spot for exploring Dubai and the mall! There were a ton of food options both in and around the hotel. The pool was relaxing and all staff went above and beyond what I expected. This is the height of service and comfort wrapped into the perfect location. This will be my go-to spot from now on!

Amazing hotel. The staff are very friendly and make you feel at home. We moved to the palm after staying at palace and we both thought palace had the most amazing staff. Shout out to Nur, James and Frederick

We had the pleasure of spending 7 nights at Palace Downtown, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The hotel combines beauty, comfort, and an exceptional location in the heart of Dubai. With direct access to Dubai Mall and a variety of excellent restaurants nearby, it could not have been more convenient. The pool area is absolutely stunning, and with the magnificent Burj Khalifa view, the atmosphere felt almost like staying in a fairytale castle.

We celebrated our honeymoon here, and the staff went above and beyond to make it memorable. Our room was beautifully decorated with fresh flowers, a delicious cake, and seasonal fruits, creating such a warm and thoughtful welcome.

Palace Downtown exceeded all of our expectations, and we look forward to returning. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and truly special stay in Dubai.

We loved our stay here. The breakfast was just amazing and the hotel was beautiful and exotic.

Staff were amazing. Didn’t receive any benefits of VIP Access and also at times during the night it was noisy.

The only thing I can think of is how the staff is incredible.

It’s worst experience they didn’t have fountain view and it’s under construction but still they charge double the price of normal room just for fountain view

Great hotel/staff and location, strange when you book for 3 persons, you get a roll away bed and also the big fountain isn’t working, that was one of the reasons to book this specific hotel, but never mentioned by the booking, you only see nice pictures of it.

We loved everything about our stay, from the beautiful scent the moment you walk in, to the impeccable service. The staff are extremely professional, from the valet to the reception, beach and restaurants.

We enjoyed the food (breakfast and dinner) at their terrace too, despite the heat.

The pool is amazing, super clean and quiet. The drinks were served to perfection.

Stunning architecture with a perfect blend of traditional Arabian design and modern luxury. The atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious, ideal for a relaxing family gateaway.

Staff were friendly and approachable. Thank you for making our honeymoon memorable. My husband and I appreciate it and had a great time. Hope to come back again!
