It was a nice and clean the staff was nice. The location was wonderful for what I went down there for.

Cons:

The only thing was the drain in the tub was clogged and I informed the working. She said she would let maintenance know in the morning but no one ever came to fix the problem. Other than that the stay was nice.

The breakfast was OK, not too many other good things

Cons:

The problem is the consiage was run by a very unprofesional woman, She was taking the guests witing on line randomly, being very hiper, and tring to finish faster or getting rid of you. Very strange, and because she did not like me gave me a room with batroom floor broken, that you could cut your feet in the broken tiles. I went back to her and she got very upset for complaining, and told me the I booked the room from Book.com and I don't deseve better. Finaly changed my room, but not a big improvement. I do not recomand this hotel, thanks

I was charged for 2 nights which I pointed out to desk clerk… she redid it and said it was corrected but I was charged 2 nights on credit card anyway and 5 nights later it has still not been corrected ( even after calling the property)…I was told it could take 5 business days for refund…
