Pros:

We've stayed at this property several times before. It is always clean, staff friendly, polite & helpful. We did find the breakfast perk very sparse. Not the usual choices of food available. Perhaps because of an emergency water problem in the hotel..??

Bad Experience
Pros:

Horrific Experience! I wrote a previous post but it appears it was taken off the website. This property was DUMP! Bed bugs, dirty floors in bathroom and mold on shower heads in both rooms assigned. Rude Manager on shift who made a racist comment to me at check as she referenced i complained from point of check in. I will never return and advise others to stay in Chesapeake or Norfolk area hotels!

Only the location was good, as I am a travel MRI Tech and was there working overnight shifts at the local hospital.

The absolutely unnecessary noise coming from housekeeping by slamming open hotel room doors at 8:00 in the morning!!! And the badly attached shower condiments inside the shower. The shower gel fell off the wall and landed on my toes cutting one of them!!
