Cons:

The cleaning staff entered our room unannounced and threw away something significant. They also overcharged us beyond the price we booked through Booking.com. I would not recommend this place. 😕 Also, the room key kept deactivating three times during our stay.

Pros:

This hotel has the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. We enjoyed the breakfast (especially the cold brew coffee!), our room was comfortable, the Internet was fast, but it is everyone we interacted with that will have us staying here next time we're in the area.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful! I had to take an exam for school and they provided accommodation for that and I’m very grateful. When we arrived, they were serving pasta for guests for dinner.

Pros:

I checked in Thursday night around 11:30-11:45pm checked out Friday at 9am. My door lock did not work so I had to go to the front desk just to get my door open. My room was very nasty from the the bed mattress to the bathroom. My mattress was worn out badly and the room smelled old. The staff however was very nice I can say they expressed how sorry they were for the inconvenience.
