Pros:

The staff was excellent. Breakfast was okay. Staff at breakfast very nice and made sure everything was full. Room was comfortable, however toilet seat was loose and the refrigerator was wonky, kept food cold but was unstable. Overall was very pleased with this hotel, will use it again.

Cons:

Need better hot water for showers.

Absolutely nothing!

Cons:

Our room was filthy and NOT cleaned! The floor in the bathroom had never been cleaned as it turned my socks black just from standing on it. The bed sounded like a rickety old cot and uncomfortable. NOT TO MENTION THE COMPLEMENTARY CURLY BLACK HAIRS IN THE BED UPON ARRIVAL.The wifi password did not work! The hot tub was broken! The shower head hardly even sprayed water and no water pressure to shower. It was in a very bad area and I would never stay there again!!! You couldn't pay me. We cut our stay short because we refused to stay in that room another minute! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, I WOULD HAVE RATHER SLEPT IN MY CAR!

Great service ..clean rooms
Pros:

Chout was amazing for the free breakfast on Saturday and Sunday her hospitality was amazing, so courteous and kind made sure we were taking care of and ate good ..The lady in the front desk was super great Roquill I belive her name was we checked in around 1135 pm and she was very kind we came all the way from California and we felt so welcome..We will always stay at this hotel because we always get the best service....Thank you staff for your hospitality see you all soon😇

Doable but not for $110.00 a night .
Pros:

The parking was right by the door the lobby was nice and staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room needed cleaned.
The bathroom has mold in it due to shitty remodel work. The TV is tiny . The bed was hard and the frame was cheap dollar store frame that sound like was going fall apart when ever you moved on the bed
Couch was stained so bad that I put towels on it to sit on .
Linen was really old and yellowed .

Not very impressed with service, amenities or staff not caring about my concerns well.
Pros:

It was a good location, and photos online definitely make it appear better than in person.

Cons:

Staff did not clean the room when requested, I had to remove my own garbage, remove towels that needed cleaning, and request more towels. Also there was not a plug for the bath tub, the fridge door was broken and they did replace the fridge which was ok. Also the hot tub jets did not work and that was disappointing and also the security latch broke off and maintenance was not available until the next day to replace it. Overall disappointed with service, amenities, and rate was higher on my last day and they would not price match the first 3 days of my stay or change payment method after initial card through booking.com. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Rain water flooded the entry to the room, mud all over the side walks, stained furniture, rude house keeping when asked for towels to put down on wet floor, sink faucet about to fall off sink and just a terrible area.

It was close to where my grandson lived, I doubt seriously I would book there again.
Pros:

My second room was very clean. The location was good. Able to walk to several fast foods and restaurants. The night staff was very helpful.

Cons:

This is an old hotel. The toilets are low, hard for disabled or older clients. Painting and repairs are shoddy. My first room had no door molding on one side if the door, a poorly repaired tub and upholstery on couch had stains. There was an issue with the toilet and television. Staff quickly moved me to another/nicer room when brought to attention. The price for the "holiday" (Halloween is a holiday now?) was ridiculous. First night was reasonable. Should not have been in rease for Halloween.

Overall enjoyed our time, for the most part everything was really good for the cost.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, staff was friendly. Loved the sports bar that is connected!

Cons:

Air conditioner was barely cutting it for the size of the room, pool very dirty.
