falta de mantenimiento
Pros:

bien ubicado, habitación limpia y con espacio.

Cons:

parking muy pequeño, imposible para coches grandes (25 euros por día). 1 ascensor no funcionaba el primer día, era evidente que el otro iba a fallar. y los dos últimos días hemos subidos (y bajado maletas) 9 pisos. falta de previsión y de mantenimiento, que no corresponde al precio de este hotel.

Cons:

J’ai été très déçu par mon séjour dans cet hôtel. La literie était catastrophique : le lit était cabossé, inconfortable et présentait des trous, ce qui a rendu les nuits très désagréables. De plus, la propreté laissait à désirer, la chambre était un peu sale à mon arrivée.

Malgré nos réclamation rien n’a était fais.

Je ne recommande pas cet établissement et j’espère que des améliorations seront faites rapidement.

Excellent location close to Pequeno Bull Ring and Metro. Modern and clean. Personal safe and fridge included. Daily room clean with fresh sheets. Staff incredible all round. Shout out to Bruno on the bar, a true gentleman!

Cons:

Only one small thing, the plug mechanism in bath did not work… so I had to take showers. Not a huge issue!
