Pros:

The place looked like higher level than advertised hotel. What I liked the most were the interior design of the rooms and how clean and comfortable they were. The staff was amazing. The location was great. We did not have breakfast at the hotel so I cannot comment on that.

Esperava bem mais de um hotel 4 estrelas
Pros:

A equipe de atendimento foi muito gentil e cuidadosa. O café-da-manhã também é bem servido, em que pese cobrar-se por um ovo frito.

Cons:

O quarto era muito pequeno. Um vidro da janela estava trincado. Com a forte chuva, entrou muita água no quarto, tanto pela janela quanto pelo teto (a água escorria pelas paredes). O ar-condicionado era analógico e seu funcionamento era ruim.

Quase, quase perfeito mas existe algo a melhorar...rapidamente.

WC com tudo o que é necessário.
Pequeno almoço agradável e com variedade de produtos.

Cons:

O que tornou a experiência desagradável foi o facto de não existir isolamento acústico relativamente ao exterior, conseguíamos ouvir tudo no exterior, desde aviões, tráfego na rua, sirenes. Mesmo com a janela fechada, dava a sensação que não existia grande atenuação. Ficamos no 7.º piso e parecia que estávamos no rés-do-chão
