Маленькие окна в номере и мало света, попросили поменять номер , нам отказали , сказали что за доплату 50 € можно поменять номер.
מלון מצוין במיקום מנצח: קרוב מאד לרכבת למרכז העיר העתיקה.
ארוחת בוקר מצוינת.
הזמנו בטעות חדר עם נוף לאטריום , כי לא ידענו מראש שלחדר כזה אין חלון חיצוני אלא חלון פנימי שפונה לחלל שבתוך אולם הקבלה במלון. מומלץ לא להזמין חדר כזה, למרות שבסופו של דבר ״התרגלנו״ אליו והיה בסדר.

The location was convenient.
Unfortunately, there was very little that I enjoyed about this stay.
Very disappointing stay. As a severely visually impaired guest travelling with an assistance dog and luggage, I received no meaningful assistance from reception, although I was in ctc several times before arrival. I was given a room where the light, several power outlets, air conditioning/heating and bidet did not work, and I only had a usable room after more than 2hours 20minutes! around 10:15 PM. Most concerning: a receptionist photographed my passport on his personal phone without asking my permission. I had to ask him to delete it. I am in shock!especially brcsuse i am disabled and trust is so important. I made a formal complaint and I need to say that lady M was of really good help, although that was at departure 😞 This is not the level of accessibility, service or privacy I would expect from a hotel advertising accessible facilities.
