Cons:

Staff svogliato e per niente collaborativo. Ho fatto una nottata in bianco segnalando che gente sopra la mia stanza ha continuato a fare casino per tutta la notte, chiamando anche alle 3 di mattina in reception e il giorno dopo hanno avuto addirittura il coraggio di chiedermi 3€ di bottiglietta d’acqua bevuta dal frigo bar dopo una notte completamente insonne. Staff comunque scorbutico anche solo per chiedere informazione

La stanza è soddisfacente, così come il bagno (senza finestra) la struttura è ottima e silenziosa di notte.

Cons:

decisamente sotto le aspettative la colazione. Il secondo giorno ho rinunciato e ho fatto colazione in un bar vicino. Troppa gente e pochi tavoli. Tavoli grandi e tutti occupati e la sala adiacente vuota. Non faccio colazione al tavolo con gente che non conosco, la colazione è un momento intimo....e vorrei iniziare la giornata tranquilla mente facendo colazione....altrimenti vado in ostello....
