Ho già soggiornato diverse volte all'Hotel Mediterraneo e purtroppo questa volta ho dovuto constatare un calo di professionalità nello staff della reception: non mi è stato consegnato il telecomando per il cancello del parcheggio (ho spostato l'auto più volte al giorno) e, nonostante abbia richiesto esplicitamente il TELECOMANDO, nel giorno di vento e pioggia mi è stato consegnato il dispositivo da avvicinare al sensore (questo vuol dire: scendere dalla macchina e bagnarsi, grazie!!!!). Inoltre mi è stato detto che potevo evitare di prenotare la cena, così, durante la seconda sera del mio pernottamento sono scesa al ristorante alle 20 e, sorpresa, non c'era nessuno addetto alla cucina (ho aspettato almeno 5 minuti) e, sempre con vento e pioggia, sono uscita e sono andata a mangiare nel primo ristorante aperto.
Mi dispiace perchè nel complesso mi sono sempre trovata bene ma la mancanza di professionalità mi è difficile da tollerare.
Inoltre, non mi piace e non sono solita lasciare recensioni negative ma, sempre alla reception, nessuno mi ha chiesto un feedback relativo al mio soggiorno: avrei ben preferito discuterne a voce ma probabilmente allo staff non interessava....

Ho soggiornato 2 notti solo pernottamento e colazione mi sono trovata benissimo. Struttura molto pulita personale gentile e disponibile.

Personeel in de lobby was erg aardig in het restaurant liet het wel wat te wensenover

Het ontbijt viel tegen. Er waren met regelmaat lege schalen er werd slecht aangevuld en als je er iets na 9.30 uur was werd er niets meer aangevuld terwijl je kon ontbijten tot 10.00 uur

Ontbijt beter aanvullen.
Wat mij tegenviel van Booking .com was dat erbij boeking geen wijziging meer mogelijk was. Had per ongeluk de verkeerde datum in gevuld. Een 1/2 na boeking gebeld,er kon niets gewijzigd worden ook geen geld terug. Voor ons geen Booking.com meer
