Despite the A/C issue & lack of room accessibility, we enjoyed our stay!!
Pros:

The breakfast buffet was the best we had on our trip. Everything was clean & updated.

Cons:

The air conditioner didn’t work in our family suite. As it was late, the manager brought fans which helped. We decided not to pursue a room change; however, we did get warm on occasion. Also, the family rooms aren’t accessible by elevator which makes getting luggage up or down inconvenient.

Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et décorée avec goût.
Matelas extrêmement confortable.

Aucun bruit nous avons très bien dormi !

Cons:

Accueil c/i assez froid. Polis mais aucune conversation engagée en dehors du règlement et explications pour trouver la chambre…

Cependant les réceptionnistes que nous avions eu téléphone ont été adorables !

hat ganz gut gepasst!
Pros:

Zimmer hat eine gute Größe, Lage passt gut und Mitarbeiter waren freundlich.

Cons:

Wände sehr dünn und Dusche schon eher alt. Preis/Leistung macht das was geboten wird eher teuer.

I couldn't sleep I was given a room next to the main,all the noises from cars and people walking,

I couldn't sleep I was given a room next to the main roads,and a corner room everyone passing making a lot of noise,the breakfast the food some reason the food was very cold,I felt like there wasn't much value for my money

Pros:

Great central location for a great price.

Cons:

Rooms were very hot, aircon wasn't very good. The TV remote & the phone were filthy & could do with a clean so that was a bit of an ick!

The room was very spacious, the beds very comfortable, clean and price for a room for my whole family was excellent. We had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and it was delicious. We will definitely come back.
