There is no on-site parking at the hotel, we recommend QPARK on Parnell Street, Loftus Lane, just 5-7 minute’s walk away.

Not value for the money.
Cons:

The beds and room cleaning by the house keeping needs to be improved. Asking for extra tea satchels or may be a shower cap is not favourably by the reception . On one occasion I was asked to come to the reception and collect the shower cap. You claim yourself a four star hotel !

Buen hotel
Pros:

Hotel muy cerca del centro de Dublín, silencioso, con buena conexión de autobús con el aeropuerto. Tienen bar en el que poder tomar un café o una cerveza. Camas muy cómodas. Habitación amplia. Todo muy bien.

Room clean but stuffy and noisy. No attempt by staff to make things right.

Very clean and great location, space accommodated our family well.

Cons:

Air conditioning wasn’t working, the room was stuffy and had a blinking red light all night on the thermostat. We informed the desk twice of the air conditioning. The did come to the room and said it was a breaker issue and couldn’t be resolved until morning. I let the front desk aware again the next morning of the air conditioning issue and the lady at the desk said “It’s okay with you, it’s okay with me.” Obviously it’s not okay the air conditioning isn’t working, or we wouldn’t have brought it to attention twice. You could hear street conversation from the room (133). We were encouraged to use a specific parking garage to save 25%. We paid in advance as recommended and then our ticket wasn’t accepted and we were charged a second time.

We loved staying here. Very comfortable and clean rooms.
Pros:

Best staff. They treated us so well. We were going to arrive late night, they called us and made sure we were fine and welcomed us when we came almost at midnight. Vey clean facility.

Lovely, clean and spacious room perfect for a short stay. Twin bed option also available. I stayed here to take part in the Dublin City Half Marathon and the facilities and location are great
