Liked the location to centre of Dublin and we were able to walk to most of the attractions quite easily. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were amazing.

This was a comfortable room. It was small, but not tiny.
It was just a bit plain.
Clean and well maintained. Room size is good value for money. Breakfast is incredible. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us, 5 mins walk to O’Connell Street, +5 for shopping +5 for Temple Bar/Dublin Castle

Received message asking to check-in online, so I did.
Received an email to collect the cards, however no bar code, so online check-in was pointless, needed receptionist to check us in.
On check-out, again received an email to do e-check out, links in email didnt work.
Tried self service check-out machine, machine couldnt locate me or the room.
Receptionist had to do check-out also.
Breakfast is after falling below average, as though it was cooked yesterday, extremly dry food.
