Я забронировала спа и проспала , мне позвонили и я отменила так как было уже поздно . На утро меня заставили оплатить 60-70€ за то, что я не пришла 🙄Хотя я отменила во время звонка.

Ero in giro e mi hanno rubato tutti i documenti,, ho chiesto alla reception di farmi una fotocopia, del mio documento che avevo in pdf per portarlo in ambasciata , si sono presi i 30 centesimi,, in un momento particolare di disperazione non credevo che si prendessero il costo di una fotocopia 😓

L emplacement dans la vieille ville et les chambres spacieuses et confortables

Cons:

Le parking public n est pas pris en charge par l hôtel quand la réservation a été prise par booking !!!
Le restaurant est fermé hors saison

The location, the style, and the staff were great.

Cons:

One strange thing happened. We were told that for our child (3+ years old) we needed to pay extra for an additional bed. Okay.

However, when we checked in, we found that the room already had a single bed as part of the standard setup, plus an extra bed that we were charged for. It’s unclear why we needed the additional bed (which took up space and didn’t match the room’s interior) if a bed for the child was already in the room.
