Hotel mit sehr gediegener Atmosphäre. Zum Wohlfühlen
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel, vor allem die Lobby, ein historischer Kreuzgang. Auch das Zimmer sehr schön. Ebenso das Bad

Cons:

Leider sind die Fenster im Zimmer nicht dicht. Lärmbelästigung. Auch die zimmertüre nicht dicht. Dusche im Bad problematisch. Trennscheibe müsste breiter sein, um den Raum nicht nass zu spritzen.

Pros:

A lovely hotel, with really nice staff. The breakfast was a stunner. And the beds were extremely comfortable. Located on the edge of The pedestrian area, it was convenient walking to just about everything. Really love this place!

Cons:

Not a thing. But bear in mind that taxis cannot stop directly in front of the hotel. You will need to be dropped off around the corner. It's a 2-minute walk, mostly down here.

Pros:

Elegant hotel in the city center, very quiet and clean. Excellent breakfast selection.

Cons:

Upon arrival, we were not informed that a city tax had to be paid in cash at check-out.

Cozy hotel near everything with fantastic breakfast
Pros:

Fantastic location near everything; cozy (if a little dowdy); helpful staff; and the best hotel breakfast I’ve had in years of global travel.

Cons:

If you rate hotels by their gyms, don’t stay here. Gym is crowded into a dungeon-like room in basement crowded with museum-piece fitness machines. On the positive side, at least they have some fitness equipment!

Everything. Location was great the room was vast. Breakfast lovely and staff very helpful.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing. I have traveled extensively in 40 years and this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Well done!

Disappointing Stay — For the Same Price, a River-View Hotel Would Have Been a Better Choice
Pros:

The location was excellent, and the breakfast was very enjoyable. I also appreciated being able to leave my luggage at reception after check-out, which made my departure much more convenient. However, it’s worth noting that for late check-in, the hotel charges £10 per hour after 11:00!!

Cons:

I booked a deluxe room but was given one on the second floor with a window facing an "interior patio". Even on a bright, sunny day, there was almost no natural light—I had to turn on the lights just to pack my luggage. At reception, I was told this still qualifies as a deluxe room, and that some rooms don’t have windows at all. Overall, a very disappointing room and stay. Be careful when booking your room. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel—it feels like a bit of a tourist trap.

schönes Hotel mit super Lage, Badezimmer könnte besser konzipiert seind

super Lage direkt am Anfang der Altstadt, schönen „Innenhof“ und schön hergerichtet.

Cons:

dunkles Zimmer ohne Fenster nach Aussen, komisches Badezimmer (beim Duschen wird das gesamte Badezimmer überflutet)
