Excellent staff, they are very friendly, polite, and helpful. With a gym, pool, and massage onsite you hardly need to leave the hotel. The area is vibrant and busy with lots to do and see nearby.
Entertainment is easy to find with bars nearby and shopping is great too with easy access to Siam Paragon and other big centres as well as local markets etc.
Belaire was excellent as usual.
Close to all the night life and Nana BTS station.
I get the train from the airport and jump on the BTS. Easy.
The hotel location is very good,
near the Arabic area ( Nana ) and at the same time quite
Fantastic staff and a great location
Good value, clean and well positioned for seeing all the sights in Bangkok
Guess the hotel maybe a little dated. But service was excellent. Young guy who cleaned my room was excellent. 2 lifts so there's no waiting. Great location with soi 4,soi 7. Nana Plaza and BTS Nana within 5 mins walk. Think it's going to be my Go to hotel when im in Bangkok.
Not good
Great place to stay with excellent staff
Would recommend
Beds were comfortable, room was spacious for 4 adults and the hotel was clean .. room service was excellent at 5am for coffee
Very nice comfortable hotel. Well worth the cost if a night.
Great location.
My girlfriend and I stayed at Belaire Hotel in Bangkok during the Chinese New Year 2025. The experience was a mix of highs and lows. On the positive side, the hotel room was outstanding—clean, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. Room service was efficient, and the staff were extremely friendly and eager to assist.
One notable aspect of the area was its predominantly Muslim environment, which made finding pork-based items challenging. This was especially noticeable in convenience stores like 7-Eleven, where my usual go-to pork burgers were nowhere to be found!
The major downside, however, was the hotel lobby. It had a persistent, unpleasant odor, similar to a broken sewage system, and the furniture was old and visibly dirty. Every time we returned from outside, we couldn't get to our room fast enough.
Overall, while the hotel had its shortcomings, it provided a satisfactory stay. With improvements to the lobby, it could be a much more inviting place.
Would I stay here again? Perhaps, but only if the lobby situation is addressed.
Nice hotel, comfortable room and bed, efficient and pleasant staff, down a side street off a main road. Good selection for breakfast covering most tastes, WiFi excellent, spent virtually no time there!
The SkyTrain is 5 minutes walk away and the metro about 15 minutes of walking, so travelling around the city is easy. Don't bother with taxis or tuk tuks, traffic is horrendous most of the time.
There is no shortage of places to eat and drink, it is quite a dynamic area at night.
Hotel is fairly central, and it’s a quick walk to BTS station.
Staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is good, the hotel is close to Nana station. There are many restaurants in the area. 7-11 store and food land supermarket are nearby. The only issue that I had was the air-conditioning.
Hotel Down a quite road.2 minutes from everything. Very flat to walk and very safe.
One of the worst hotels I ever stayed in. There is no shower door and water gets everywhere while showering. Shower head is so dated and faulty that water doesn’t fall straight. Waiting bench in front of elevator might break ay time. Photos shared.
We booked a room for 3 nights and arrived around 1 pm. We waited for a few minutes and assigned a room at 15th floor. It was nice with a King-sized bed, large Smart TV and all the amenities. The surprising part was the Customer Service and the courteousness of the staff. From the Reception counter to the Bell Service, it was a pleasant experience. The location is also nice and is walking distance to Cafes and Massage salons and about 2 km to the nearest Shopping Malls.
The Belair is a very nice hotel, but it is down at the end of S5 and the pavements are very uneven and difficult to walk on and it’s a very narrow road with cars and motorbikes driving down
Staff are very friendly, breakfast was good, checking in was very considerate and checking out was a breeze. The only thing that needs improvement was the towel supply which was inconsistent coz we get only two towels instead of four in two occasions ( 4 travellers). We also requested for extra pillow which didn't happen.
