للأسف تجربتي في هذا الفندق كانت سيئة جدًا ومخيبة للآمال. مستوى النظافة كان صفر، والغرفة لم تكن بالمستوى المطلوب أبدًا، وهذا الشيء غير مقبول خصوصًا بالنسبة للسعر الذي دفعناه.

كذلك طلبت أكثر من مرة الحصول على غرفة أكبر، وكنت مستعدة لدفع مبلغ إضافي، لكن للأسف لم يتم الرد عليّ أو الاهتمام بطلباتي. بصراحة الموظفون غير متعاونين إطلاقًا، ولا يوجد اهتمام كافٍ براحة الضيف أو احتياجاته.

كنت أتوقع مستوى أفضل بكثير من النظافة والخدمة والتعامل، لكن للأسف كانت تجربة سيئة ولن أكرر الإقامة في هذا الفندق مرة أخرى،
