The coldness of the aircon, the reliability of the wifi, the courtyard pool the food and the smiles on the staffs faces.
The bathroom in the morning on our second day had 6-10 beetle looking bugs crawling around. However, I understand that this is normal in high humidity climates, and can’t be fully prevented. This was the only inconvenience we experienced.

Cleanliness not the best housekeeping could do better with the everyday cleaning of the room, should supply unlimited bottles of water
Je suis enchanté de mon séjour à l'hôtel Deewana plazza Phuket. L'établissement est beau et confortable, le petit-déjeuner varié et délicieux. Mais j'ai apprécié surtout la politesse et la gentillesse de tout le personnel . L'hôtel fait ainsi honneur à la tradition accueillante de la Thailande. Parmi tout le personnel que je remercie, je salue chaleureusement Far et bowwi qui ont été charmants pour notre départ.

Location is perfect! Walking distance to beach, Bangla walking street, night market and lots and lots of restaurants and bars around! Had a very pleasant stay. This is our second time at this property! In room dining menu was good as well, especially vegetarian food. We were surprised with the taste and quality.
Breakfast was good, but hopefully they can increase vegetarian options.

Deevana Plaza is a great hotel. Located in the south end of Patong. It’s quiet and close to some bars and night markets. Also a short walk to the beach. The pool is great too.

Do not stay at the back poolview rooms from room 550 onwards, facing the city. It has a horrible smell as there is a dirty river flowing and after 2 days we requested to be moved cause everything in our room smelled like that.

I only saw this as a comment as I really like staying here and will definitely coming back I just didn’t like how many cockcrouchs there was especially at night time.. my friends also had the same problem 😅 we also had an horrible smell in our room at one point so definitely would recommend keeping the fan on
