Dissapointed
Pros:

There was a 7/11 and a food market near the hotel. Thats it.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t great. Hotel policies on bringing other people back to your room(Women) was frankly quite ridiculous, they charge you 1500baht every time you bring someone back. Might as well have just booked an extra room. I won’t be missing this hotel or Patong.

Great breakfast, very friendly Staff and the pool is amazing. We had an amazing time at the terrace bar and the cocktails are really nice 👌

Cons:

The only thing we are disappointed with is the cleaning. The room was super clean when we arrived! They change the towels every day which is a plus! The problem is that they did not sweep or mop once since we arrived. That is the only problem we had.

Les gens en réception adorables, gentillesse, super cool à l’écoute toujours présent pour vous aider

Cons:

Les gens au restaurant au petit déjeuner, il manque un peu de sourire t’as l’impression ils sont pas contents d’être là, contrairement aux autres qui travaillent dans l’hôtel toujours souriant trop gentil

The pool would have been good if it was heated a little more specially the spa. The service team was outstanding

Cons:

The bed I stayed on was uncomfortable with it having a lean downwards on one side of the king bed. Our rooms got cleaned quite late meaning when we wanted to chill we left the room to give them space to clean.
