The pool would have been good if it was heated a little more specially the spa. The service team was outstanding
The bed I stayed on was uncomfortable with it having a lean downwards on one side of the king bed. Our rooms got cleaned quite late meaning when we wanted to chill we left the room to give them space to clean.

Huone siivous oli huono, vessapaperia piti hakee useasti respasta. Allasbaari oli surkea, drinkit pahoja ja ruoka siinä ala-arvoista. Aurinkotuoleja aivan liian vähän hotellin kokoon nähden. Aamiaisella Intialaiset söi seisten, sormilla ja koski ruokiin sormin. Ällöttävää.
This hotel was amazing, from the open plan 24 hour a day reception, to the deluxe pool view room to the absolutely amazing staff that were so friendly and helpful this place is amazing. The pool was also amazing with food and drinks delivered to your lounger with the scan of a QR code and the prices are so so reasonable, Patong beach is a short walk away as are a little if the things you go to Phuket to see. Breakfast is served from 630-1030 and has a wide selection of different options

10th time I've been to Thailand and 3rd to Patong, first time I've ever met staff that were both unhelpful and never smiled. Things just seemed hard work for them, apart from the staff who cleaned the rooms, as they were nice. Buffet breakfast was fine, if you required anything on your table like a knife of fork it seemed you needed to ask 3 or 4 people to finally get one and not quickly. Prices in swimming pool areas for drinks and food was too high, hence why people were going to the shops opposite and buy things from there and bringing them back to pool area. I understand that with many Indians staying at the property and how rude they are to the staff that could be why they may have lost the joy from their job and was certainly not the land of smiles I've always experienced before.

tout était bien , la chambre un peu etroite mais ça fait l'affaire , l'emplacement était au top tout est à proximité
la piscine manque un peu de transat mais c'était pas trop dérangeant .
au niveau du ménage c'était bien mais il y avait toujours une odeur de l'humidité , et la chambre était très étroite pour trois personnes .

Limited spots around the pool, my suggestion would be to not allow guests to “hold their chairs” by putting towels on early am and not arrive for hours leaving others without.
