È durato poco ma è stato bellissimo!
Pros:

Personale cordiale, pulizia eccellente, servizi ottimi, piscina curata e molto bella!

Cons:

Il prezzo delle camere è un po’ eccessivo però i servizi sono di grande qualità!

Good location
Cons:

Do not stay at the back poolview rooms from room 550 onwards, facing the city. It has a horrible smell as there is a dirty river flowing and after 2 days we requested to be moved cause everything in our room smelled like that.

Relaxing!!
Pros:

So close to patong! Easy to get to places, taxi especially. Staff go above and beyond

Cons:

I only saw this as a comment as I really like staying here and will definitely coming back I just didn’t like how many cockcrouchs there was especially at night time.. my friends also had the same problem 😅 we also had an horrible smell in our room at one point so definitely would recommend keeping the fan on

Je sais journée dans cet hôtel du 15 au 20 avril 2026 et que dire de cet hôtel qui vieillit très mal je l'ai connu à l'époque du mercure qui n'avait vraiment rien à voir après !!! Arrivé le matin à 11h j'ai dû attendre à 15h pour qu'on puisse me donner ma clé en sachant qu'on était fatigué mais le personnel ingrat et irrespectueux nous ont fait patienter jusqu'à l'heure du check-in je trouve cela inadmissible pour un établissement comme celui-ci car il ne se met pas à notre place en sachant qu'on était très fatigué !!!! chambre côté ville à éviter absolument car trop de bruit à cause du marché !!! l'accueil reste plus qu'à désirer le personnel nonchalant !!! Que dire de plus de cet établissement à éviter si vous souhaitez rester longtemps à bannir de vos projets à part ça l'emplacement est top

All in all it was a good place to stay good location and the cleaners were great .they deserve more money.

The breakfast was great but not so when it was busy

Cons:

I couldn’t get a reply when I was trying to contact the property about changing my dates of stay . And it couldn’t assist me with a late checkout on my last day .also the food in the restaurant I found poor .
