It was just nice just needed water.
Pros:

EVERYTHING FROM THE FRONT DESK TO THE BREAKFAST LADY TO THE CLEANING CREW!!!!! Always a great stay!!!

Cons:

We NEVER have a problem this is our to go place. BUIUUT this time unfortunately there was NO water to shower or flush. Also if the property can announce it before we decide to stay!!!!

One day would give it another try but not anytime soon
Pros:

It was clean and nice location

Cons:

The breakfast wasn’t a fan of it. Elevator on the third floor wasn’t working. Also the shower room we turned all the way to the hot and it was cold water. So we had to push to the cold and very little water was coming out of the shower to have warm water.

Not up to Marriott Standards..

The carpet was smelly. Items in the kitchen were not clean. In the shower there were 2 shampoo and 1 conditioner. No body wash in the place where the conditioner was. Only 1 elevator was working the 3 days I was there. I was expecting a great hotel especially since it had Marriott Label. No umbrella was out by the pool areas. Cleaning issues needed to be addressed.im not one to complain but I feel management needs to be aware of these issues. Thank you. Customer service were excellent.

Breakfast was very good Only one waffle machine for a lot of people.

Cons:

I reserved for 4 adults and one 9 yr old child. And I had only 3 towels the sofa bed had no blankets. The tv is on a very opposite side of the beds.

At least the beds are comfy and the breakfast was good.

The location was pretty good, and not too far from where we wanted to visit in San Antonio. The breakfast was good, and the staff were pretty friendly. The beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

Our room door didn't close too well, so we had to push on it to get the lock to close. There was a bag of garbage under the sink when we got there that was not ours. There was a nasty stain on the mattress for the pull out bed. The lamps by the bed weren't working. The toilet had hardly any water pressure and so it took flushing two or three times each time we went to the restroom. There was what used to be a lock on the wall for safety that looked like it was taken out partially. The walls were extremely thin, because we could hear the conversations in the hallway and from the family in the room next to ours.

Hospitable, comfortable, enjoyable!
Pros:

The manager was truly a blessing! Booking.com messed our reservation up and he still accommodated and was VERY patient with us and our 3 kids under 4!

Our ceiling leaked, bathroom sink leaked underneath, ask for a blanket, was told no, the lady at breakfast monitored our every move and watched our kids to make sure they only got 1 of things...

I would not stay there again.
Pros:

I liked the size of room and the full size refrigerator.

Cons:

The latch to lock the door did not work. The hotel is old and out dated. Only 1 elevator worked the entire stay. There wasn’t many options for breakfast and the staff putting out breakfast seemed annoyed every time. The water for the shower barely got hot so never got a good hot shower but staff said there was nothing they could do about it.
