Excelente localización, hotel histórico.

The room was smaller than last time, the sink was really bad and there was a smell on the room not pleasent. The receptionist were not freindly and for hotel services that should be a first priority.

Mi estancia por el puerto de veracruz.

Si es un hotel ya antigüo y de mucha historia, deberia tener más atención a los detalles de higiene. Los baños tienen mucho moho en las regaderas(los canceles y piso). Una de las 2 habitaciones que nos tocó se inunda la regadera porique no tenia declive y se llena de agüa, era una junior suite.
Y el elevador en ciertos pisos se atora.. y te da nervios, habia que avisarle al de recepción que subirias por si te atorabas para ir a las habitaciones del 5to piso.
Lo demás esta bien en relación al precio.

No me gusto que en ningún momento te dicen que si el estacionamiento se llena tienes que dejas tu auto afuera o ir a otro estacionamiento de paga, otro punto es que el elevador se llega a trabar ( yo me quedé encerrada y se fue la luz ),en cuestión de la habitación una de las luminarias que está junto a la cama estaba fundida,en el baño debería haber otra tarja ya que si abres la regadera y aunque cierres la puerta ,se filtra el agua y todo el piso del baño se queda encharcado,de igual manera un poco de mantenimiento a sus habitaciones ya que se notan algunas imperfecciones
