The room we stayed in was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the location was great. In addition, Crystal was exceptional. She was the first to ask me would I like a receipt. All others never offered or brought up the request. That meant a lot to me! Thank you Crystal!

just after I arrived a storm knocked out the power and they do not have a backup generator service. we had know lights or A/C until after 3 AM.
There was a storm that had knocked the power in the area out. When I arrived it was pitch black. The employee behind the counter was so nice and handled the situation so well. I literally was wanting a bed and my check in was prepared and was waiting. Great job under pressure

We enjoyed being there. Shy was amazing and made us feel welcomed. We had stayed at a Hyatt for 2 nights in Beloxi and we slept much better here. The mattress was really comfortable. The spa tub was amazing well worth the money.

Everything else. Untrained staff. Broken items in the room. The AC broke each night causing me to wake up in sweat about 2am both morning. Trash at entrance and beer bottles, used diapers in the parking lot. Poor signage in the hotel. There were 6 washers and dryers with only one operational. As a retired military member and retired business consultant, recommended you bring in a third party inspection team.

Signage to find the place. I went to a Lodge at the State Park. Cannot seem to take care of landscaping. Property on entering looks worn.

The courtyard was beautiful but didn't realize our room was actually outside. The hotel is not really close to anything.
There was no hot water. The gal who worked the night desk seemed irritated we arrived late after car trouble and driving thru torrential rains.

Das Frühstück war typisch "amerikanisch" mit täglich wechselnden Menüvariationen. Es war alles bestens und wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Die Lage ist angenehm etwas abseits vom Zentrum, was aber kein Nachteil ist
