Très bon séjour D1 semaine avec nos enfants. Le parc aquatique au top, les animations sympathiques et l'ile est très belle

Amazing hotel, has everything you need for a relaxing time, close to the beach and shops, easy to navigate around, beautiful weather and scenery, water park is amazing, entertainment amazing, very recommended

Food Labelling; appalling
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel purely based on this. Especially if you have specific diet preference, intolerance or allergy. There was a vague attempt at labels but it definitely wasn’t clear or consistent.
Entertainment: Oh dear, it was a bit of a mess in the evening with screechy presenters

Great 3* all inclusive, good value for what you pay. Brilliant team of entertainment staff really great for the kids. Good selection of food and again for a 3* it’s fine and what you’d expect, lots of variety and options throughout the day at the snack bar too. Rooms a bit basic and shower flooded each time we used it but the room on the whole was clean and hygienic. Comfy beds and pillows!

Good location for families. We liked the room. Very quiet during the night. The food was good. One pool was heated, the other cold. Near beach 5 -7 min.

Huoneemme oli upgradettu isoksi perhevillaksi, jossa myös oma poreallas. Aivan mahtava lisä. Vihdoinkin hotelli, jossa oikeat täkit ja pussilakanat sängyissä, oli hyvä nukkua.
Kolme allasta, joista yksi oli lämmitetty, tarkeni uida. Ruoka ei ollut kovin kaksista, mutta ihan ok se meni. Iltatapahtumia ja allastapahtumia päiväsaikaan.
Flamingorannalle todella lyhyt kävelymatka. Mutta nousuveden aikaan ranta jäi pieneksi.

Fijn waterpark, prettig hotel, eten voldoende. Voor kinderen helemaal top. Ouders vermaken zich er ook prima. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding uitstekend.

J'ai passé un très bon séjour, hôtel très bien et un personnel très sympathique (surtout pour les familles).
Le lit confortable et l emplacement de l'hôtel proche de la mer.
Petit déjeuner copieux.

Très beau complexe, belle végétation entretenue. Personnel compétent et très serviable, sympathique surtout l'agent à l’accueil qui parle bien français et fait tout pour rendre le séjour des clients agréable.

¡Hotel 5 estrellas! Lo mejor de todo es el trato del personal, pasando por la recepción, los camareros de la barra, el personal en el restaurante, la animación y la limpieza! El hotel se encuentra al lado de una playa muy agradable... Estancia EXCELENTE!

Super complexe pour les enfants, parfait pour une famille. Points positifs : logement en bungalow (et pas appartement ou chambre), le parc aqualava gratuit et illimité, les animations pour enfants tous les soirs, buffet correct, jeux piscine à disposition gratuitement (bouée, ballon....), l’enfant est au centre de l’attention du personnel c’est agréable pour les familles.
Points négatifs : pas de changements de draps ou serviettes de la semaine (lits refait et sol lavé 1 jour sur 2), le personnel ne parlent pas français, le manque de propreté au niveau des transats piscine et tables du restaurant mais cela est du au manque’ du manque de respect des clients (et enfants).

Underbar all Inclusive anläggning! Härlig o välkomnande personal! Aktiviteter för stora och små. Stora ytor och välskött hotellområde. Bra bungalow med egen uteplats. Direkt anslutning till aquapark, inträde ingår! Stort område så placering på rum kan variera stort men vi hade tur. Nära till strandpromenaden och stranden. Bra utbud av shopping ett kvarter ovanför strandpromenaden. Nära också till hamnen om man som vi vill åka över till Fuerteventura.

It was a truly relaxing break, we had a lovely time - the food cooked on the hotplate was first class, lovely staff, and free beer on tap, just avoid the wine

una struttura bisognosa di manutenzione.....quando piove si vedono degli stracci accostati alla base dei finestroni.....cmq il personale è molto accogliente sia nel ristorante che alla reception...gli italiani non se li filano proprio.......

Animación infantil bien.comida regular. Limpieza en la habitación fatal. Nos asignaron el sábado pasado 13/10 la habitación 416 y la entrada estaba sucia (basura en media de la puerta de la entrada) esa puerta no abría bien, lámpara exterior sucia, hamaca rota, sofa cama roto, tapa del wc rota, baño sucio.

We had a great time. Can’t fault anything. Maybe add an extra sunbed for each apt. There is one!
