My Mum and I were attending a concert at the O2 in the evening. The staff were really helpful when we asked the best way to get to the O2 from the hotel, they gave us a few options. The staff were lovely, really friendly and very helpful.
We were gifted with our first drink on the house, which we weren't expecting, but we didn't complain!
The room was spotless, our request was fulfilled for twin beds, which were very comfortable.
The room had all of the facilities that you would expect, not much of a view, but we were only sleeping there.
Spotless bathroom, crisp white towels, a lovely shower, no complaints here.
Breakfast is served until 10.30, but we were up and out by 8.30. The breakfast was fabulous, a lot of choice, this set us up for the day.
Would certainly stay here again!
There was nothing to dislike about this hotel. Food and drink a little pricy, but hey, we're in London!
Room was adequate. Bed comfortably and clean. House keeping staff were friendly. Hotel was in a great location for 02 and ABBA voyages.
SPA therapists were amazing.
Disappointed the hotel reception staff denied receiving my request for twin beds even though they sent a conformation e-mail, poor customer service.

Wanted luxury got premier inn.
Exceptionally warm welcome at reception, gave us lots of useful information and booked our taxi to the 02 and gave us the taxi firm's card for the return journey. We received an upgrade to a lovely corner room with dual aspect, lots of light. The bathroom had a walk in shower which we loved, and the bed was really comfortable. We had an issue within the room which we reported to reception, and they dealt with it immediately. There was an extensive breakfast buffet, with a great selection of food.
Did have to pay a deposit at reception which did return promptly. However, it would be nice to have forewarning of these charges, just so that you're prepared.
The room was a lovely size with a big bathroom. The staff were all so polite and welcoming. Amazing views
The only thing which was an issue with my Mum, was the distance from the closest tube station to the hotel. I was fine with the walk, however for my Mum it was a different story. I decided to get an uber thereafter when needing to go to the tube. The shuttle only operates during the hours of 7am until 10:30am Monday to Friday, which I think could be extended.
Really friendly reception staff who upgraded my room for free which was a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend staying here, especially if you're going to the O2

The hotel was clean, the room we had was large. The receptionist Shahima was lovely.
The room smelt of sweat, we had to open the windows. The coffee machine was useless, the coffee was such poor quality. The only positive was the room was large and the bathroom was nice.
The gentleman behind the bar was rude. He ignored me at first and then was short and abrupt when asking for drinks.
Breakfast was awful! The were hardly any tables to choose from as they hadn’t been cleaned of dirty plates. The tables that were clear of plates had not been wiped. There were no clean cutlery, mugs, glasses available and when asked three times we finally got some. Breakfast was ok, there were no bacon, the scrambled eggs were watery and I had to ask for more pastries as there none.

Hotel facilities were good and the breakfast was good, plates were warmed and there was a good sele tion of food available.
First apoeareances ,I amd my wife had to use the communal toilets before check in aftet yravelling 3 hours, these were very unclean.
