Pros:

The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The front desk staff (Maria) and the breakfast staff were all amazing.

Cons:

I have nothing bad to say. My experience was simply amazing and I can't fault it.

Amazing stay the location didn’t alter the fact that the hotel is fantastic and the staff were amazing highly recommend

Everything was perfect the staff were so friendly and lovely

Cons:

It wasn’t as close to the o2 as I originally thought so be prepared for uber prices and trying to get one after an event was a nightmare 🙈

Pros:

Food was good, location and view.

We upgraded to penthouse so it was £700 in total for one night so I expected alot.

Tv in bathroom didn’t work, bath leaked all over flow and one of the towels was soiled. The sink also wouldn’t let out, took 10 mins for it to empty. We did inform the team on checkout.

We were told we would get a fruit platter, we didn’t and someone delivered a congrats cheese cake too us but it wasn’t for us so I gave it back. We didn’t touch it but she didn’t know that and still delivered it straight to 725.

It was a nice stay I just think with what we spent we probably expected perfect and if just wasn’t.

Pros:

Well located for visiting Canary Wharf day & night.

Cons:

Fixtures were quite dusty & considering a spa is included, dress-robes and a guide on getting to/from the spa would be appreciated.
