Pros:

The room was larger than expected, with a separate bath / shower. Facilities were great, ironing board, sewing kit, shampoo etc all included.

Cons:

We were going to the O2 Arena and it was described as close by, but it ended up still being a taxi ride away. We ended up with an Uber, but that was just under £20.

Comfortable, great value for money, friendly reception staff
Pros:

Modern, comfortable, clean, big rooms. The shower is elite!!!! I nearly knocked out and that’s a good thing! Breakfast is lovely too but being in the UK…marmite offering would be amazing ;-)

Cons:

Nothing, very comfortable stay.

I would certainly revisit in the future.
Pros:

The property had sort of a regal feel to it, which certainly felt good as you pulled up to the entrance.

Cons:

The nearest convenience store was roughly 10-15 mins away which isn’t that bad but sometimes you don’t want to have to travel that much of a distance when staying away. The plug outlets in (my) room was too far for my liking. There was no full length mirror in (my) room.

Tired due to negative experience.
Pros:

It was spacious the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean, breakfast good selection.

Cons:

We had an incident (early hours) of another client being verbally aggressive, shouting, swearing kicked a glass that smashed near to our bedroom doors. We did raise with staff and security but effectively we had no sleep and felt unsafe and do not feel the hotel have understood or compensated to a level that demonstrates the impact this negative experience had on our weekend away. I accept it was a third person who caused the trouble and they did mention checking CCTV but would of expected if CCTV was in operation why was it not dealt with immediately, I had to call reception after this person woke us up and kept coming back resulting in the broken glass incident. I was told breakfast would be reimbursed (which it has) and the duty manager would speak to senior staff for further compensation, I have not heard from the hotel. I would have expected in a higher class hotel better clientele.
