Very flexible with time we checked in.
We arrived early for a concert, they looked after our bags and we were able to check in properly after hours, once we arrived back from concert.

Lovely breakfast. Lots of options if you don't want anything cooked. Iced water at reception greatly appreciated. Fully air conditioned, ice available in corridor, purified water. A little bit out from the centre but you can get anywhere from the DLR which is a pleasant short walk away. Excellent, professional and courteous staff. We come every year and are always warmly welcomed.

Lovely hotel and facilities and very helpful, friendly staff.
Although listed as Canary Wharf it’s a little difficult to get to.
Excellent hotel, down to staff,cleanliness and facilities, exceptional!! Perfect location, out the way of the busy-ness and easy enough to get to where ypu wanted. Room was immaculate, a good size and would definitely recommend to everyone. Staff very polite and go above and beyond.
Only negative would be the price of food and drink at the hotel lobby and restaurant.
The welcome lounge gives you great start to your journey already. Staff is lovely. The view from the restaurant is stunning over the river Thames. We had a superior room which was spacious and clean. Great experience

Really loved the room, spacious with air con, clean. Really comfortable bed. Great service by staff. Really helpful. We will be back in July!
There was lil mishap around breakfast time. In the lifts it tells you what times to avoid if you can so we came down for the green zone time to where on the first day there was hardly anything left, people had been waiting half an hour for food to come out. We had also ordered off the menu and had to wait a long time for it to come out. The second morning was a little better.

Good breakfast which was complimentary to compensate for our upset and time wasted.
It took nearly 30 mins to sort our rooms and check in.
On arrival we were told there were no twin rooms left and offered king size beds to share !.
We were unable to accept this as we are colleagues not relatives and couldn't share a bed.
Eventually ,we were offered twin rooms ( which we booked and payed in advance for !) But after a long journey felt frustrated at the waste of time as we wanted to get showered and get ready for our event.
Also it said .3k to O2 arena on website ,so booked as nearest to 02 but it's only .3KM if you can walk on water ! Cost us £40 to get to and from the 02
.Also shuttle to Canary wharf tube does NOT run at weekends.
The staff were polite and respectful but the problem shouldn't have occurred in the first place as the rooms we had booked and payed for in advance, obviously were available , as we had them. So what was all that about ? !!
Gluten free breakfast was weak - poor quality bread and only one tiny slice of bacon
