Firstly, the lady at reception upgraded our room as I suffer with anxiety and don’t like enclose spaces we put in the ju

This property was in a stunning location. The views are amazing. The staff was so helpful and it was spotless.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like we were there in an extremely hot period of whether the room was a bit warm however it certainly would not stop me going there again. I loved it.

Great stay near Kindale but need a car
Pros:

Had a lovely stay, room was fabulous with a river view lots of space and great facilities. Bed was large and comfortable.
Used the pool with was good and has whirlpool and jets as well.as jacuzzi and sauna.
Its a short drive to Kinsale with Chaes Fort on the way which is a good stop to explore and for the view, can so get fish and chips outside the fort and sit and admire views

Pros:

The rooms were lovely

All in all fantastic hoilday

Cons:

We upgraded rooms were their for 2 nights
All time we were there was 2 large trolleys of towels outside our room
Think this is bad housekeeping
Also to far for comfort outside Kilsale

Relaxing, peaceful, quiet.
Pros:

The view and the walkways were lovely along with the outdoor seating, the pool was lovely

Cons:

The jacuzzi bubbles weren’t working in the morning, we didn’t get any robes for the pool and the aircon wasn’t great in the room.

No air conditioning and way way to hot to sleep

Cons:

The hotel and rooms were stifflingly hot - no air conditioning absolutely dreadful nights ‘sleep’ due to how hot it was - and Ireland isn’t that hot! We had one extremely dusty fan for three of us! Not enough towels when we arrived - breakfast just ok - fruit rotten and knives couldn’t cut it anyhow!

Camera era curată. Priveliștea din terasa restaurantului frumoasă. Barman Nikita din Ucraina, foarte amabil.

Cons:

Spațiile comune ale Hotelul au nevoie de o renovare majoră. Peste tot se observă lipsa de atenție: sticla murdară, gresii ciobite și multe altele. Spa-ul este groaznic. Apa miroase a clor de îți dau lacrimi. Nu există decât 3 șezlonguri. În bazin nu te poți relaxa, pentru ca se fac antrenamente de înot cu copii. Personalul trebuie căutat. Poți aștepta destul până te bagă cineva în seamă.
