Very enjoyable and relaxing
Pros:

Very well presented staff were very helpful and kind and spa and facilities were excellent

Cons:

Location was a bit of an obstacle if you wanted to get to the town you needed to drive or get a taxi but other then that views were exceptional

spa treatment was good

Cons:

Towels in the bathroom were out of date, like sandpaper. Need to replace all of them to meet site standards. toilet seat was plastic crap. need to replace with wood. almost broke it. Room door scanner lock areas need touch up paint from retrofit. Hot tub in pool area was cold. Contruction geeks disconnected power. sauna was out of service. No notice in email saying area was under construction, big surprise. what else. for such a nice property, no one is paying attention to the details, disappointed!

Nice modern hotel. Good size bedrooms. Good views.

Cons:

Food in restaurant was average. Service in restaurant was very slow, thought they were short staffed. EV chargers didn’t work.

Perfect oasis with tranquil views!
Pros:

Beautiful property with lovely entryway and lobby. Grounds were pristine with stunning views. Our room was comfortable and perfect for a good nights sleep after a long day of travel. Would absolutely stay again and again with time to enjoy the spa!

Cons:

Property was perfect. Only observation was the outdoor walking area covers need some TLC.

Would recommend and would come back
Pros:

The whole place was a pleasant surprise for us. Stunning terraces overlooking Kinsale. Breakfast was really enjoyable, especially the cooked-for-you part. Black and white pudding and soda bread - must try ! Lovely people working everywhere. Beds were really comfy, there was AC, the room amenities were nice. Quiet room with gorgeous views. Could not fault it at all. Really enjoyed the pool and all the jets in it. Would recommend.

Cons:

The place is a short drive to Kinsale so not walkable. Wish sauna was working (was being fixed when we were there)
