The location of this hotel is excellent! For all the tourists spots you couldn’t get better
My husband booked a junior suite which on reflection was pretty shabby in lots of areas…
Our room was round the back looking directly onto the cathedral, the bell ringing was beautiful
Check in was really friendly and swift…

Unfortunately our room was very tired, damaged door frames, skirting boards, old shower rails still on the ceiling no longer in use… the bathroom was very small and lack of storage space…
Skimpy with fresh towels and on the last day just enough loo roll left for what you needed, no fresh rolls?????

Our main issue was breakfast service… I would suggest eating out as we discovered too late…there are lots of beautiful cafes in the area
My husband paid extra for this so the first morning I said nothing..we arrived at the breakfast room at 10am, service finished at 10.30am so I thought they had maybe had a busy morning due to the selection left… stale cakes and odd pieces of cheese..

The next few mornings it was obvious this is how it was no matter how early you went down to the breakfast area…
Be prepared to ask for everything… even down to teaspoons
service was particularly bad the days a female team member was on
One morning, no coffee in the pot or self serve urn??????
Then no milk in the shared jug???
The next morning at 9am I managed to get scrambled egg and bacon only to find it was freezing!
The team member zapped it in the microwave…but seriously is this right for the money we paid?

Last morning was the final crunch for me, I had to ask for bread for the toaster and all the fruit yoghurts were empty…
I was told by the female team member…
‘ there is none, we have no delivery till Friday try again tomorrow!!!!’
But we were leaving that morning..so I reported to reception as this really is not acceptable or what my husband had paid for…
Within minutes, bread was brought out, she was filling up the fridges with yoghurts.. why is it all kept in the back?????
So yes…I would skip breakfast there…
Breakfast is usually a real treat for us on holiday…this was anything but!

I used the bar area once, lovely decor but again very odd service…
Bar lights were off and team member in the back stood in the dark also…are they on a budget I wonder???
the whole hotel felt like it was being run on minimum everything…
So if you need something ask, this seems to be the policy…

ベッドのリネンがとても清潔で質が良く、マットレスもしっかりしていたので快適な眠りができました。アメニティーも揃っている。フロントのスタッフはとても雰囲気が良く、とても対応が良かったのが印象的でした。部屋の小さな冷蔵庫はあまり冷えていなかったので、買ったバターをホテルの冷蔵庫に入れて預かってくれた。とてもありがたかったです。

- Vriendelijk personeel dat voor alles klaarstaat. Ook heeft het hotel mijn jarige vriendin verrast.
- Goed en uitgebreid ontbijt ook glutenvrije opties!
- Perfecte locatie om Parijs te verkennen en alle highlight op loopafstand te bezoeken.
- Grote kamer voor ‘Parijse begrippen’

Mostly the staff the front desk Sebastian is a true professional attention to detail was his strong points.

The breakfast hostess Tamina was amazing, kind, attentive & professional. Breakfast was always ready at 7am and good.
