Wonderful. Staff went over and above, especially when we experienced them on the rough end of a difficult guest!

We went in the recent heatwave and the aircon wasn’t cool enough to make much of a difference. However for normal hot weather conditions it would be fine.

Location and Staff. A winning combination.
Pros:

This hotel is perfectly located to explore Paris. Only two blocks from the Louvre, and the same distance (or less) to the Pyramids Metro station.

Very comfortable accommodations, and the staff are each committed to serving their guests. We will definitely book the Lumen again in our next trip to Paris.
