Hotel Lumen Paris Louvre

The desk staff was lovely and engaging. We interacted with several and they were all excellent.

Perfectly located for our Stay in Paris. Clean, helpful staff. Definitely a good place to stay.

location was exceptional, breakfast was small but everything you needed really. Staff were so friendly and were always willing to help. lovely tall windows and high ceilings

The hotel has friendly front desk. However, housekeeping needs further training. We had to ask to refill coffee pods, stirrers, handsoap, bath towel and bathmats during our stay. There was also an issue with the TV and as this happened during the weekend, we were told that no technician could sort the issue out. The night before, we asked front desk to book a taxi for 3 people but they only booked one for two ! Our relatives also had similar issues. But did not report, ie a different pillow was requested but never materialised. Housekeeping also failed to refill coffee pods and bathmaths. One of our relatives also had problems with the flush in the toilets. This was a disappointing experience as a family, we were celebrating two birthdays and a wedding anniversary.

Excellent location for exploring central Paris on foot - Louvre and surrounding attractions are walkable
The staff are very helpful and friendly - we forgot items after we left and they were very responsive to arrange a collection
The hotel beds were comfortable and for such a busy central location it was quiet
Good water pressure in the shower
Iron and board in room
Good storage for such small rooms

Za równo panowie w recepcji jak i panie sprzątające. Jeśli lubicie dłużej pospać w recepcji można zjeść rogaliki i napić się wody czy herbaty lub kawy

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, die Mitarbeiter äußerst freundlich, das Frühstück ist ausreichend, lediglich die Zimmer sind sehr klein aber im Durchschnitt von Paris.

This moderate sided, cozy hotel is located just 2 minutes walk to Lauvre and near many sightseeings. The staffs of this hotel are super friendly and warm. All front desks are excellent, in particular Slavisa, due to my mistakes on my hotel payment and airplane departure time, I frequently asked his help on my checkout during my last night stay. He barely could sleep due to my frequent requests. He was super friendly and patience and resolved my concerns and tension immediately. The room is very clean and excellent service and the breakfasts were delicious. Staying this hotel was one of my happiness things during my trip to Paris. I would recommend my Chinese folks to choose Hotel Lumen Paris Louvre.
