概ね良かった
Pros:

部屋もバストイレも広めで使いやすい
シャワーカーテンのレールが湾曲してるのでシャワー中に体に触れることなくゆとりがあって良かった

Cons:

シャワー栓の一部が切れているのか水漏れしている
そのせいか水圧が弱い
ドライヤーが近年見かける事がないくらい古いタイプで温風温度が高く熱い。髪にも頭皮にも良くない
部屋にカップはあるがグラスもあると良かった

宿泊は良かったです。
Pros:

駅からダイレクトでアクセスが出来て良い。
朝食は内容の豊富で非常に良かった。

Cons:

駅改札を出てからの案内が無く、フロントに辿り着くまでに迷い、大変だった。
アクセスのエレベーター内にも２Fで降りれば、ホテルビルのエレベーターに乗り換えてフロントへ行ける案内が無く、１Fまで行き、ビル正面から入って非常に迷った。
ビルの１階は段差があり、大きなキャリーバッグでは大変だった。

Pros:

朝食がとても美味しかったです。
地元の新鮮な食材を使った郷土料理をはじめ日本酒飲み比べもできて充実していました。

部屋のアメニティも使いやすく、そして駅直結でとても便利でした

チェックイン,チェックアウトもスムーズで荷物の預かりにおいてはスタッフの方に親切に対応していただきました

またリピートしたいです

期待通り
Pros:

朝食は新潟の食らしさが感じられて良かった。朝食が充実しているかどうかは宿泊先を決めるポイントになる。

Cons:

強いて言えば、3基あるEVの機動力。結構待つ。

Pros:

Hotel is located near the train staition (could be said directly at it). Some reviewers said that sounds from the station were annoying but we didn't hear any. The room was small but we didn't have an issue with that. The bed was big and comfortable. We appreciated the hangers for the coats near the entrance.

Cons:

Finding the hotel entrance from the station was confusing. Maybe placing more signs would help it. In the bathroom more places to hang the towels for them to properly dry would be appreciated. Also in a big hotel like this we would expect the possibility of ecological room service (meaning if we hang do not disturb sign on the door, it means we don't want new linens/towels and room cleaning). Unfortunately this hotel doesn't have the option and new linens were left on our door in a sack - such a waste.

Pros:

ライブ参戦で利用しました。室内が清潔でまた、立地が良く駅とバス乗り場が近いのが最高でした。また、新潟でライブ参戦するときは利用したいです。
あと、早めに予約したのでかなりリーズナブルに利用できたのも良かったです。
