寝るだけだからで納得

ホテルから直接駅に行けるのは良い

Cons:

地下駐車場が利用しにくいしホテルの自販機が新札及び新硬貨に対応していない為その都度フロントに両替に行くのがめんどくさいし今時あり得ない

日曜日宿泊で朝食も有料で承ると言っていたが実際は月曜日は定休日とエレベーターに告知してあるのは何なんだかね…頼まなくて良かった
因みに￥2000だそうです。　　　

部屋も今まで泊まったホテルの中で一番狭い

新潟駅直結で交通便利。
Pros:

新潟駅直結、タクシーやバスターミナルも直結。朝食も美味しい。

Cons:

お土産売り場がなくて駅に買いに行った。でもなくても仕方ないとも思う。

立地はいい、コスパも悪くない、ただ清潔感を求める人には向かない。
Pros:

ロケーションは良い、ただ駅から直結と言っても途中階段があるので年配の人や脚に不安がある人、キャリーバッグを持っている人は注意が必要。HPにあるアクセス方法ではなく1階に降りてアクセスする方が良い事もあります。

Cons:

リニューアルして1年程なので清潔感はあります。しかしバスルームの清掃が微妙でシンクのノズルの周りが明らかに汚ない、シャワーカーテンを広げるとカビ臭さが充満する、入浴剤を置いてあるのに浴槽にカビがありお湯を溜める気にならない。ハンガーが少なく追加をリクエストしたが2本の追加も叶わなかった。冬なら間違いなくなく困ると思った。4階に受付があるので、エレベーターを使うと必ず4階に停止するようになっている。誰も利用する人がいなくても必ず4階に停止するのは意味がないし、時間の無駄だと思う。

ちょっと残念
Pros:

駅に隣接で便利です

Cons:

バスルームのシャワーカーテンの悪臭が酷く、部屋にチェックインが9時で遅かったのでカーテン変えて貰うのも面倒でシャワーは諦めました！臭いが治らないなら二度と泊まりたくないです。
