駅近で快適
Pros:

駅から近く、雨でも濡れずに行ける。
深夜にチェックアウトして、朝戻ってきたのですが、新幹線の時間まで荷物を預かってくださいました。

Cons:

部屋で遅い時間まで大きな声で話したり笑ったりしている人がいて、壁が薄いのか結構聞こえてきて気になりました。

朝食最高
Pros:

2回目の宿泊でした。
朝食が本当に美味しいので。

新潟から関東へ嫁いで30年。
親も亡くなりお墓参りのための宿泊で。

1度目の美味しい、という感動は又来るか？と思いながらも裏切られること無く本当にホッとするお味。新潟の味なんですよね、、、。
もう、又食べたくなっています。

笹だんごデザート、本格的な笹だんごではないので知らない方のためにも是非よもぎ香るお団子を置いて欲しいです(笑)

又お世話になります。

最高でした。次回も絶対ここにします。今までで一位です。
Pros:

駅から近い、綺麗、アメニティが充実（トリートメントが良くて髪がサラサラしっとりしましたDHCでした）そして朝食が最高すぎました。新潟名物てんこ盛りで美味しくて美味しくて何回もおかわりしました。お蕎麦、のっぺ汁、ナポリ、新潟カレー、甘酒、笹団子、新潟出身なので懐かしくて嬉しかったです。野球選手もいましたね。関西在住なのですぐに監督に気づいてしまいました。このお食事なら若い選手の皆さんも大満足なのでは。クリーンスタッフの皆さま全員笑顔が最高でした。評判通りの最高のホテルでした。マジで一位です。
