Fabulous location. Nice upgrade room to sea view which was amazing. I went for the half board option supper value. The food and especially the breakfast is great and to top it the staff just couldn’t do enough for me especially the staff on reception who made sure I got my diabetic injections stuff that I accidentally left in the fridge that was so appreciated. Thanks again can’t wait to return.

Pros:

Room not really clean. Had to clean marks on toilet seat and in shower. Hairs and marks on floor areas. Room was tired and needs renovations. Looking out from room to building site not a pleasant surprise.

The placement of this property is very convenient to get to many places. The view was great but this property is outdated and needs a lot of work, Everything in the facility is old, and with the money that one is paying there's no perks that you're receiving. The customer service in the front desk needs to be better. As a first-timer in St.Lucia I was disappointed with my stay and not the island because as far as accommodation I made my own arrangements.

It’s a nice property. The room was nice but the beds are hard. Plus no elevators. Get ready to drag your luggage up stairs.

A Little Goes a Long Way
Pros:

It was easy to maneuver on the property. Access to the beach was quick and easy. I was disappointed in that my room was described as "Deluxe Garden View King". It was far from that. My view was men working on construction from 8 am to 8 pm. My television did not wotk and had to be switched out. I had issues with the safe. I had to call the front desk to ask for washcloths. Overall, I paid too much money for what I received.

Pros:

Staff need more training, customer orientation and motivation. The resort itself is in need of maintenance - toilets don’t flush well, broken doors, unfinished or badly finished repairs, old, rocky steel frame beds, etc.

The rooms were relatively clean. The beach was lovely. Some staff were helpful. There are a lot of facilities that are not functioning or removed. The garden view is a construction view.

Pros:

The hotel had good location but there were issues relating to the hotel. There is currently construction work on the site of the hotel which was very disturbing. Upgrade was given after complaining about the disturbance.

The hotel had issues with water where there was no water on site for several hours in the morning.

The menu was set with the same food except for one day a week, which was not a positive thing.
Breakfast was alot better.

Staff were friendly and tried to be accommodating on issues after complaining that the cleaning staff had taken items from our room.
