Good stay overall, but room for improvements
Pros:

The breakfast was nice and delicious, location was perfect. The shuttle between hotels was a lovely amenity and the rooms were spacious. The hotels pool was large.

Cons:

There was a strange smell in the room from the bathroom when we arrived and there was some kind of mosquito infestation daily. The staff weren't warm and I found service to be very slow at times. Both times I went to the towel hut and no one was there for around 20 mins, so I had to wait. On the second day they didn't provide us with enough towels or hand washing soap. Food was pretty expensive for what it was.

Short and sweet
Pros:

Location is great. Compound is well kept. Staff are professional. Food is good. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

Cons:

The gym isn’t great. Housekeeping seemed not to be providing towels or soap even after I requested. Restaurant menu needs to be expanded. The door to my porch never opened.

Pros:

Great location by beach. Good pool. Staff friendly and helpful. Free hire of kayaks, dinghies, and paddle boards for guests. Yoga and stretch classes were good. Evening entertainment good.

Cons:

Slightly noisy during the day with rather loud music by the pool. Perhaps suggest that guests don’t ‘reserve’ sunbeds with towels when not using them

Pros:

Freundliches Personal. Es wird einem immer geholfen.
Die Liegen am Strand sind mit Sonnenschirmen jederzeit verfügbar.
Immer frische Badehandtücher.
Die Lage direkt am Strand ist wunderbar und es gibt jeden Abend einen Sonnenuntergang.

Cons:

Am Pool fehlen Auflagen und Sonnenschirme.
Die Plätze mit Schatten werden teilweise morgends um 7 Uhr bereits von Gästen mit Handtüchern reserviert.
Teilweise sind diese Liegen dann Stunden lang unbenutzt und es ist niemand zu sehen.
Dasselbe ist dann nachmittags der Fall.
Dies sollte vom Hotel unterbunden werden, damit alle Gäste die Chance haben die Liegen am Pool zu nutzen.
Ein paar saubere neue Auflagen wären auch wünschenswert.
Toilettenbürsten in den Zimmern und ein Handfeger, um Sand zu beseitigen wären auch eine gute Ausstattung.

Perfect family vacation
Pros:

We got a recommendation from a local doctor, and we really enjoyed our stay.
Suite was at the pool, beach was nearby, everything was easy and people were nice.
Maintenance was good. With two kids we can’t remember such a good experience and such a nice family property to relax and enjoy.
My suggestion is all inclusive definitely. We hadd food and drinks all the time, something was open at every moment.

Cons:

Maybe sometimes the service was slow at dinner, when we had to order, and not eat from the buffet. But they have a lot of people, they are just easy…

It is ok.
Pros:

Typical beach resort, all is present.

Cons:

They are building an extension to the hotel which during the day is not much of a problem. However in the night there were loose items banging away. Security guards should in the beginning of the night check if all avoidable noise can be removed. I also made in the early afternoon a deal to bring me a kind of breakfast at 2000hr (in the morning I had to leave very early for a hike and wanted to go to bed early) but only after several notices from me they brought it finally at 2215hr.

Room view was disappointing as I ended overlooking a construction site which is not what I booked.

Location. On the Beach and the fact that the facility provided breakfast due to the disappointment with the view.

Cons:

My Deluxe Garden view room was not what I booked. I ended up with a room with a view of their construction site.

Cons:

I wish there was wider menu with more basics for pickier eaters, eg chicken tenders and fries especially at dinner. Also the option to have some small bites options to eat during the day between meals would be nice (nachos, fries etc). The appetisers were quite big and could be smaller. I ordered an appetiser and a main and I felt guilty for not being able to finish my appetiser salad, as it was the size of a full meal salad.

Great location, tasty food, friendly staff.
Pros:

The location is wonderful - right on the beach with wonderful views of Rodney Bay and Pigeon Island. The food was delicious- especially the buffet breakfast- with lots of tasty creole options. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The 1 bedroom apartment was very large and the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were so comfortable I slept for hours ! Air conditioning worked well. I enjoyed having my morning cup of tea on the balcony overlooking the pool.

Cons:

The only improvement I can suggest is some oven gloves for the apartment kitchens and a baking tray.

I would return
Pros:
